Sapphire by the Sea is located in a secluded neighborhood along an old oyster shell road leading to an undisturbed stretch of beautiful beach. It is located less than a mile from the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation's largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop-up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
Area Attractions:
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Place was amazing! Outdoor space was so nice for the kids! Beds were comfortable and had plenty of space! Not far walk or golf cart ride to beach! Having golf cart access was super helpful to get toys and chairs to beach! With the price of place, would have been nice if golf cart was including in pricing as we saw others that the cart was included in price. Other than that, was a great air bnb!- Posted: 5/31/2025

Great family vacay!
This property was in a great location, just a quick ride down the street to the beach thanks to the golf cart. Very close to restaurants and things to do. We really enjoyed the pool (we had it heated as the weather was a little cool during our stay) and the covered pool table. The house was the perfect set-up for our large family. A few things need fixed/replaced and the house could use a deep cleaning, but all in all it did not affect our vacation and we were very happy with our stay. 3 family vaca
This house was perfect for our group! 3 families had plenty of room and enjoyed everything this home had to offer. The house was clean and spacious. There were plenty of beds for 3 families with kids ranging from 16-26. The golf cart was perfect for back and forth beach trips. We loved the private pool and sand volleyball too. Great place for our group getaway
This house was wonderful for our Fall Break getaway with our big group of friends/family! Check in was super easy and we got in earlier than anticipated.
