*The HOA has scheduled a waterproofing project for the exterior of the building in November 2026. Work will be specifically taking place on the 11th and 3rd floor, and the main breezeway ceiling. At times, guests staying at Sterling Shores may experience temporary disruptions, including the closure of certain amenities and restricted access to balconies. Balcony and walkway closures should only affect the 11th and 3rd floor units at this time. Additionally, this complex will be undergoing a re-roofing project scheduled from May-July of 2027, weather permitting. Sterling Shores 818 is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom “Key West” floor plan located at Sterling Shores in the heart of Destin. With 1,511 sq ft of spacious and luxurious living space in tropical surroundings, this unit is sure to please! Boasting Gulf and Tropical Pool Views, this lovely condo sleeps 8 with Posturepedic King and Queen beds! Located in the heart of Destin, it's close to all of the best restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Sterling Shores 818 is sure to meet all of the wants in your party!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Sterling Shores is a gated, 11 story complex in the heart of Destin. Boasting a 4300 sq.ft. private lagoon pool, gulf front pool, commercial grill area, BBQ grills, picnic area, and exercise room, located on 9 acres of lush tropical landscaping with 240 ft of beach. Be sure to take advantage of the new bike rack available for owner and guest use in the East Garage next to the ice machines. Beach service is available for guests to purchase for an additional fee. You have to check out Sterling Shores vacation rentals for yourself!

The beach pool is heated from Nov-May, depending on temperatures. The lagoon pool is not heated.

Area Attractions:

Sterling Shores is located in close proximity to Henderson Beach State Park and is near great restaurants and attractions like The Destin Track and Big Kahunas Water Park. Wander the 100 ft down to the beachfront Back Porch restaurant for a bite or drink. Happy Ours is in a wonderful location.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

The condo was very accommodating for our group. The place was pretty clean and it felt comfortable. They had a lot of beach toys stocked and an extra cooler. We brought our own, but it is a nice bonus. It is right across from an elevator, which is very convenient for bringing up luggage and groceries easily. Sterling Shores was pretty quiet when we went. Even though it's not on the beach, there is a nice view. The location is convenient.

A very nice place that made us feel at home.

It has been the best place I have stayed on vacation. More than we expected.My sisters and I loved it. We are sure that we will rent it again.Thank you. We only smelled Clorox when we arrived but we opened the windows and everything happened quickly.
