Great location and short walk to the beach! I like that this complex is gated. The condo was nice. The floors could’ve been cleaner, we had to wear shoes because our feet would get dirty walking inside and a waffle from the previous guest was left in the toaster. This condo is close to the pool and hot tub. We’d definitely stay again! It is spacious, beds were comfortable the accommodations were great overall. RealJoy did great helping with an issue over the phone and text.

The room was great and a lot of things were right in walking distance including the beach, shopping stores and some restaurants. The only downside, which I was aware of before making the reservation, is the one parking spot per room. We were able to find parking down the road at Winn Dixie so it wasn’t horrible but rather a small inconvenience. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Very clean and spacious unit right across from the beach. Parking was super convenient mere feet from the front door. Also, it was QUIET which was fantastic, as I cannot sleep when it is noisy.
Only demerit was the hot tub was covered in yellow tape every day but the last day when it rained. Would have used the hot tub if it was open. But that might have been outside of their immediate control.
5 stars overall!!

The unit was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs over our four week stay. The location is great as it is a two minute walk to the beach. Communication with RealJoy was extremely responsive!

Perfect for three adult couples and the location was ideal as it was the building closest to the beach! Such a short, easy walk to beach access and within walking distance to restaurants on the beach. We would absolutely stay here again.

The listing is spot on. The ammenities, location, condo, ease of VRBO booking, cleanliness, all great. No fault of managing company or owner of condo at Alerio, our review is a 5 ?? but our experience was less than great! If you want rest and relaxation, your ability to do that is in someone else's control. Two small kids running across the condo above you sounds like King Kong training for a marathon and add in wrestling and body slams for a full effect. Not exaggerating. Started before 6am and went well past 11pm. Only respite was if they were not there for a time. Tried being patient and remembering what it was like having small kids. Contacted RealJoy and onsite security guard but neither could do anything. Even went up and knocked on door asked if could cut the running down as it sounded like herd of buffalo. Lady said it was not their kids. I say all that, because very small people sound like very large people when they are above you and even with ear plugs and sound machines, no one woke up naturally one single day of our vacation there. Would I stay there again, absolutely not. But based on the cleanliness, rental ease and location, yes it is worthy of a five star review. Only suggestion for condo is have some sort of drying rack, if you do not want people to dry their towels and clothes on balcony. No one trusts leaving their belongings on front door hooks where fan blows.
