What a great experience! The rental was clean and well cared for. The bed was comfy and kitchen well stocked. What more could you ask for for a last minute trip?! Ill book again with Real Joy for sure.

I enjoyed the stay immensely! The condominium was easily accessible from both highway 98 and scenic 98. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the bed very comfortable. All around it was a great experience.

The condo was nice. Good beach view. There was a minor issue with the thermastat that was noticed after hours but RealJoy responded to my text with a temporary solution until the next day. There is very little space for luggage storage which could pose a problem. The condo advertises for sleeping 6. We had 2 adults and 3 kids. Might get tight in condo space.

The property location was good. Beach view n short walk. Several pools, many places close by. The condo could have been a tad cleaner, no batteries in the AC thermostat. The biggest complaint would be the cooking pans. They are terrible and pretty much non useable. A few tweaks to and the Condo would be perfect. Other than that our vacation was good.

Overall, this condo was the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The only drawback (which really wasn't the owner's fault) was that the drains drained slowly in the bathtub and one of the bathroom sinks. A bottle of Drano under the sinks would fix it. Probably some guests did not clean up their hair in the shower. However, the condo was super clean and we'd stay there again!

Condo was great, had everything we needed. Pool area and all areas outside were kept clean. Short walk to the beach, even had 2 beach chairs in the closet to use. Everyone working was very friendly. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo unit at Ariel Dunes I is perfectly situated for a beautiful view of the ocean/beach, pools and landscaping! Queen bed in master is very comfortable! Having a restaurant/bar (Cabana Cafe) for lunch, dinner or just cocktails in the building was great! Food and service was excellent! They even have live music! It was nice to not have to leave the resort and fight traffic just to get a bite to eat or a drink. We highly recommend this condo! No hassles at all, and very relaxing!

Could not have found a better location for my family to enjoy the ocean for the first time. Beautiful views from both windows, easy walk to the beach, convenient parking. Very simple check-in and great communication over the weekend. The appliances and cookware could stand to be updated... But that wasn't really a problem. The beds, including the bunk beds and even the pull-out couch, were super comfortable. There were plenty of trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Only thing we had to buy was laundry detergent. If we have another opportunity to visit Florida, hopefully this rental will be available and we won't have to bother shopping around.

The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. The balcony Was great because it faced South and never got direct sun. We could sit outside and watch the ocean while staying cool. This room was perfect. The view, the location, and the building amenities such as the pool and downstairs bar. If you're visiting Fort Walton Beach, this is a no-brainer. The room was incredibly clean and fairly spacious for the square footage. Literally, my only complaint is the sliding barn doors that separate the bathrooms from the bedroom. Those doors are useless and offer no privacy. However, this is a family space and privacy of this sort is probably no one's concern!
This location is within walking distance of so many incredible restaurants and the beach bar. We walked to get coffee, gas station snacks, groceries, and dinner. We Ubered to further away restaurants like Boshamps. For those traveling, it should be noted that Lyft is almost non-existent in this area. Make sure you have the Uber app if you are planning on utilizing ride-sharing.
The most important thing I can mention is the beach. It is center visible every morning through the balcony window. The view and sound are unreal. And when you decide you actually want to be on the beach, it is a football field walk away. an incredible way to start, spend or end the day. (Pay attention to the flags as the police are serious about the fines for beach/swimming violations).
All-in-all you will not regret staying here. Communication, cleanliness, amenities, etc. It's all worthwhile. This place will be harder and harder to book so grab it while you can.

The condo itself was very nice, parking no problem and beach access was very easy. The management company dropped the ball and did not communicate any information prior to our arrival, I finally texted them about an hour before we arrived to get info on check in. All other VRBO owners have sent info to me within a few days of arrival made things a bit stressful and kept us in the loop I felt that they ignored us.

The whole place was really nice, it was very welcoming and felt like home. We didn’t need to bring linings, towels, dishes or anything because it was all there, even a washer and dryer. We had a short walking distance to the beach, which was beautiful! And the convenience of a few restaurants and the big arcade was great too because it was right there. The two swimming pools were really nice well. Our family will definitely be going back.
