Welcome to Beach Dream, your bright and stylish getaway in the quiet Woodland Shores community. This spacious townhome is perfect for families or groups, with two ensuite bedrooms (king master + private balcony, guest room with 2 queens) that comfortably sleep six.

Nestled in Miramar Beach, the Woodland Shores Complex is a charming, low-density community of two-story townhomes—each with its own private balcony or patio. With fewer than 50 units, it offers a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the beach and the popular Pompano Joe’s restaurant. Enjoy community amenities like two pools (one heated), shuffleboard, an outdoor BBQ area, and a clubhouse. Whether you're soaking up the sun, snorkeling at Dolphin Reef, or exploring nearby shopping at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, Woodland Shores puts you close to it all—without the crowds.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Rent a car or golf cart in advance. The beach is a short walk. There are only two restaurants within walking distance. Groceries can be DoorDashed. The pools were great when you want sun but no sand. Bring laundry soap and toilet paper. There’s some paper goods and trash bags but not enough for a week as stated in the description. If you’re looking for night life or bars you need a car or uber. If you’re looking to just relax this is great! The space was great! Clean and relaxing. There are no blankets if you’re a blanket person. The bedding and towels are sufficient. Overall very happy. The uber to HarborWalk is about $15 each way. Uber from the airport was almost $100. The goal was relaxation and they met it!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Easy walk to the beach. Has just enough items to get your vacation started. Will need to bring coffee, extra toilet paper, paper towels, detergent and seasonings you plan to cook and staying for a week. Only one of the bedrooms have a TV.
