Beach Resort #310 is a Gulf-facing condo just steps from the white sands of The Emerald Coast! Enjoy gulf breezes from your patio! The condo features partial gulf views, 2 large community pools (one is a walk-right-in - wonderful for elderly and younger swimmers/the other is seasonally heated), and a hot tub for your convenience! Shop in outlet malls, upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are done shopping there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water and amusement parks, and dozens of golf courses.

This 1BR+bunks/2BA condo is sure to put a smile on your face with an elegant and spacious interior, stunning partial gulf views, on-site amenities that include an incredible pool, hot tub, and an unbeatable location just steps away from the shoreline. Spend the day splashing around in the cool gulf waters then come back to cook up a delicious meal in the full kitchen. The washer and dryer in the unit will rinse the saltwater from those swim trunks and you can lay back on the comfy sofa to watch a good movie/show on the flat-screen TV in the central AC. You'll love the private balcony, especially when you enjoy it with your first cup of morning coffee. Later, put on your best street clothes and head out to explore all the shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities of Miramar Beach! With the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall only a short drive away as well, it would make the ideal location for your next trip. This beautifully maintained third-floor condo is just steps away from miles of prime sugar white sand to play on and clear blue waters to enjoy.

Cool tile floors, nautical décor, and a calming palette in the open living area will send all your worries away. A large, comfortable, and overstuffed sofa sits near the sliding glass doors, offering simultaneous views of both the private balcony and the flat-screen HDTV. The balcony is a great place to relax, enjoy the sea breeze and have a drink while looking down at the sparkling pool. The open kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops, a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and the necessities you'll need to prepare a fun family meal or romantic dinner. This unit includes a cozy bunk bed area located off the hallway, which leads to a full bathroom. The master bedroom suite includes a cozy king bed (new mattress as of Sept 2022) for some much-needed relaxation after a long day in the sun, personal TV, a window where you may greet the morning sun, and a full private bathroom suite. We pride ourselves on our great location, unit cleanliness, affordable rates, and ability to manage all of your needs. Beach towels are not provided with linens. There is a grocery store close by for you to replenish and pick up any items that you may need for the remainder of your stay. Beach Service is available for purchase but is not included as complimentary with this unit.

Located directly across from Miramar Beach on Scenic Gulf Drive, Beach Resort is a low-rise condo complex with only 64 units. Though the complex is right across the street from a beautiful, private beach, the amazing five-star worthy seasonally heated pool should first be acknowledged. It is expansive and has two specific sections as well as a detached hot tub. This pool system with no steps allows for easy walk in just like the beach, so there is no need to hold on to the rails and step down, making it ideal for elderly guests or young children. Beach Resort also provides gated beach access! Hungry? Within walking distance are local beachside favorites: Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joe’s, and Kenny D’s. Beach Resort is located near Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My family has stayed at the beach resort location 5 years in a row. This was the first time we stayed in unit 310, but we will definitely consider staying again. The pool is the best in the area, and the nearby amenities are amazing. My only complaint would be that the beach chair and umbrella service wasn't complimentary. The 4 other units we stayed in provided the chairs and umbrella free of charge all week. Spending $50 a day for the chairs was a pain. That being said, the 310 unit was a great place to stay for the week. I highly recommend.

The location is perfect! Peaceful surroundings, access to beach is easy. The beach umbrella and chairs aren’t complimentary, that could be add to the description of this specific location. However, the view of the condo, the pool, the space and comfort of the place make up for it! They are very proactive in communication, always looking to help! There are 3 great places for food at walking distance: Kenny D’s, Captain Dave’s, Crab Trap. There’s also a “brand new” Coffee Place and night bar almost in front of Cap Dave’s, that is called Sandos Beachside Coffee and Bar - definitely worth to check it out! Miramar itself is just gorgeous, family and quiet place. My gf and did go to Destin and Harbor Village, Crab Island (25min Uber ride), it’s not much our style, as we prefer less people and more nature, but you still have that option to so that in case you stay at this location. Definitely coming back soon. Had a great time.

This was my first visit to the Emerald Coast, and I think I've found my new go-to vacation spot! The condo was perfect for me. Some people have commented on furnishings, but everything was lovely, very clean and comfortable. I actually had the best six nights of sleep in the master bedroom that I've had in months at home! I can't imagine needing anything more. The sugary white sand beach is steps away, the pool immaculate and never overcrowded. If you like to walk, you can go miles east or west on the path just outside. My new favorite restaurant, Kenny D's, is a locals hangout literally sixty feet down the street. Great food, and I met folks there that I now consider friends. I look forward to seeing them on my next visit. Don't miss karaoke night on Wednesdays! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. RealJoy Vacations provided me with everything I needed, and never bothered me at all. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave.. A perfect vacation experience!

Very nice condo in a great area.

The location is great. The pool was very nice and the condo was nice and clean and spacious. The king mattress was not very comfortable. Also, the beach access is a bit far from the condos.

Loved our stay in Destin Florida

We loved everything about the property! We had gulf views from the terrace. Which also overlooked a huge pool area that offered 2 pools and had a huge fountain in the middle and a hot tub. We also had a large place to set outside at the tables or we had lawn chairs to layout in. They also had grills if you wanted to grill out. We had our own private beach area. The condo was amazing it was clean and comfortable and very spacious. Honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. They are tons of stuff to do within miles of the resort. We was 300 350 feet from the gulf. I really don’t have any dislikes except from the guy that had the chair service on the beach. I thought that our package included 2 chairs and umbrella on the beach because it does show it. He questioned me and asked me who was I staying with I told him LoveJoy & he stated that he has had a lot of problems out of them lying to people about the chair service but that I could pay 40 dollars a day and that LoveJoy would reimburse me. I had to just bring my own chairs.
