Bella Vita is a spacious 2400+sqft, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home in Seacrest Beach community, just off Scenic Hwy 30A. Situated only 700 yards from beach access and walking distance to Rosemary Beach, this lovely home offers an open floor plan with tile flooring, granite countertops in the kitchen, and French doors leading to a balcony on each floor! There are 3 king bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 twin bunkbeds, and a pull-out sofa sleeper, allowing for sleep accommodations for up to 12 guests. The 1st floor master bedroom features access to the covered back porch while the 2nd floor master bedroom has access to a private covered balcony. Your family will love the 3rd floor TV loft area that even has a refreshment area with a sink and small refrigerator. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great stay here - RealJoy is a fantastic company and they were extremely helpful and communicative. We stayed here for a month and the house is spacious and the location is fantastic. The only slight downside is the furnishings are not high quality and the beds are not the most comfortable - something to consider if you are considering for an extended period of time (> 1 week).- Posted: 3/1/2025

This property was awesome. Clean home with tons of room. Loved having my morning coffee on the front porch in the morning. Great location to Seaside beach and the beautiful pool on the property. The pool grounds were immaculate and clean. We walked to the beach, pool, and the towns of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We ate at four different restaurants and each one was awesome. The House was awesome!!! Super clean when arrived and fit our needs perfectly for a girls weekend. Space bright and cheery. Beds comfortable and shower great. Loved the front porch early morning to sit and enjoy our coffee. Location perfect. We walked to pool, beach, and dinner each night in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Gorgeous weather that made the weekend even better. Everyone time I reached out with questions before checking in about some logistics my question was answered with 30 minutes. Location was great! Layout was great for our group of 7! Young adults had their space upstairs and we had the master with screened back porch to enjoy morning coffee. Lots of porches and loved the front porch swing but top level “crows nest” deck needs repair. The beds were comfy. Be sure to bring some kitchen/laundry supplies. Wristbands for the pool and beach area were pretty easy to get from the pool guy. The beach gets crowded at Seacrest so get there early and reserve your chairs ahead of time. Even if you bring your own beach chairs, space is limited. We enjoyed the provided bikes, proximity to restaurants, shops, walking trails and the neighborhood amenities. Great Family Vacation Spot
Great experience overall. We did have issues to get our wristbands. The instructions were to contact management upon arrival. We did and left message we got our wristband after 9PM. Other than this inconvenience we were able to enjoy the stay. Bikes were great to have. Plenty towels. Washer and Dryer in great condition. Love the location. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!- Posted: 6/1/2022

Very pleased. Location is very good. The seacrest "tram" (golf carts) will pick you up and take you to the beach, which is also walkable if youd rather. Overall this is a great place to stay. Closer to the front of the complex so convenient to the shops, restaurants and beach. Bunk room was perfect for my son and his two friends. We have stayed at many places in Seacrest and this was definitely the best in terms of location, setup and quality of furnishings / appliances.
