Enjoy making memories in this bright and airy top-floor beach condo with vaulted ceilings and an enclosed porch at Dreamland Destin, located at unit 103 in Chateau La Mer II.
•The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed
•The secondary bedroom offers a twin bed over full bunk bed and twin trundles.
This spacious unit is located close to the community heated pool and clubhouse. It is only a quick 2-minute walk to the private access beach. This unit includes seasonal beach service, offering two beach chairs and an umbrella for your leisure. It is also located along a walking/bike trail and offers a pool, outdoor grills, lawn area, and clubhouse. Dreamland Destin is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation!
**1 Dedicated parking space in front of unit**You will find (2) REALJOY parking passes in the unit upon arrival. Place on the dashboard of their vehicle. 1 assigned parking spot that is right outside the property and 1 in the overflow area.
** Ask about golf cart rental availability!
Area Attractions:
Convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets for shopping, and the fabulous Grand Boulevard Town Center with restaurants, art, movie theater, and upscale shopping, plus the adventurous activities for kids at the Village of Baytowne Wharf. This location is loaded with enough activities to please your group!
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautiful pedestrian-friendly area boasting over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theatre, and soon launching City Food Hall and Top Golf!! (May 2022) This is a great family venue that hosts many community festivals and where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

A few things I’d recommend are throw blankets for the living room and additional dish towels for the kitchen. Otherwise it was an amazing relaxing few days to ring in the new year. Thank you for allowing us to stay- Posted: 1/1/2025

Very nice!

The apartment was extremely spacious. Its location to the beach was very walkable.
The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. The refrigerator was clean. Bathrooms were clean.

Wonderful unit close to the property’s pool and main office. It’s the first unit on the property, so it’s the closest to the beach- About a block’s walk. Property manager was always visible and very helpful. It was very quiet, even while having all 4 units rented out on our building. We enjoyed our stay.- Posted: 7/3/2024

Beautiful place with beach service! Best part is it’s walking distance to the beach and 2 different restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked and had a brand new fridge w/ice-maker and water. We would love to stay here again.- Posted: 5/6/2024

The location was great. Close walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants. Had a little issue getting the code for check in but they were very responsive and had it fixed within a few minutes. Condo was close proximity to the beach. Only downside was there is no real outdoor patio and was a bit of an older crowd in that community. But was clean, close to the beach and comfortable. Would stay here again!- Posted: 3/20/2024

Was a very nice place to stay, neat and clean, the walkable private beach access was the best part since you don’t need to find parking to go to another beach. It was very relaxing. It had everything that was mentioned.

Amazing Beach Getaway
We were able to enjoy a private beach for the neighborhood and all of the amazing restaurants to walk to. The condo was very spacious and clean. We had enough room for 5 adults and 3 children with enough beds for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals on days we stayed in and the washer and dryer made it convenient to wash up after a day in the sand. The sunroom with another pullout bed had games for us to enjoy on nights to relax. My daughter calls this "our vacation house" and we already can't wait to return!- Posted: 2/18/2023
