We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and clean and the views were amazing. We did have an issue with the ice maker not working but was offered a refund on the ice we purchased if we had our receipt which we did not. The ice machine to purchase ice was located on the property so at least it was easily accessible. We had a great time and definitely recommend

The condo was beautiful and clean and had amazing views. The only problem we had was the ice maker didn't work properly but we were able to purchase ice on the property. Elevators worked great even though it was Memorial weekend and had a lot of guests. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend

Great location! We loved everything about this condo and resort! The beach view from the room, the beach, the resort pools, gym, Starbucks, arcade, fast elevators, restaurants in the resort and around the area. We'll be back!

Beautiful condo, with tons of amenities. The balcony with an ocean view was perfect for Late nights looking at the moon and early morning sunrises. Within a very short walking distance to a private beach entrance, with water to rinse off the sand before coming back inside. Starbucks and skybar on site! The best family vacation spot! Highly recommend!

Awesome condo! The view is AMAZING! Close to everything you need. Convenient store right across the street. Pier park is also close. Extremely easy since there is no need to check in they email your door code to you and you can go on up. Plenty of room in the condo. Has all appliances you need (we brought a Kuerig since they had a coffee pot). Trash chute is right across the hall for ease when taking it out. It’s right off the elevator & at the end so kind of secluded by yourself which we loved.
Only negative things are the 2 elevators you have to get on if you are going to the parking garage (not a biggie) & we did have some bugs before we even unpacked that we saw. Nothing crazy though. I would definitely stay here again!

Property was just as advertised ! Would definitely stay again. The only complaint that we had was there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper, one for each bathroom left & 1 roll of paper towels. With 5 girls, for 5 days, this was near impossible to make last the week . Ended up having to go buy more to use for our stay. Other than that, NO Complaints at all ! Thanks for letting us stay !

Great ocean view. Easy access to beach. Room and you everything in the room was great. Enjoyed our stay very much. Had a water shut off issue. It was however fixed after phone call. There was a sensor issue.

Perfect location with beautiful sandy beaches and excellent view. Just make sure to read about the moisture sensors posted in bathroom! We did not, but the respo we from property managers was prompt!

Unfortunately, we have no control over the property's elevators, but we do apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator not working properly. Real Joy's rental agreement is similar to most rental companies' contracts. We highly recommend travel insurance, especially during hurricane season. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

NA, but was super happy to have a Starbucks located in the condo lobby. The elevators were slow on wait time, but once you got on they were super quick to each floor If there werent a lot of stops.

We loved the room. Layout was awesome. Big and comfortable. Location was good. View was beautiful. Condo amenities were very nice. The elevators were awful. It took 30 min to just get on one. Once you were on one, you literally stopped at every floor just for the doors to open where others were standing for 30 minutes also waiting for an elevator with space. I would go back, but not during a busy season. The elevators could be a deal breaker.

Our overall visit was good. The only major compliant we had regarding the room is the balcony outside had a bolt loose. It completely came out of the wall. Considering it was on the 22nd floor, it was a concern and I hope it’s fixed.

Our only disappointment was there was only 1 of the 3 pools that was beachside. The condo was beautiful. Bed were comfortable. It was an end unit so the front bedroom was quiet because there was no traffic. Definitely somewhere I would stay again.
