Gulfview I 216- Just Beachy

Our 10 days stay was wonderful. Great condo, great location, super clean, directly across from the beach. Had a very small issue, RealJoy jumped to correct it, even when it wasn’t necessary. All around great vacation. We’ll be back!

Our stay in Just Beachy was perfect!! We have stayed at Gulfview many times and the only negative thing I can say is there’s a lock on one of the pools and MANY returning vacationers were very unhappy that the gated pool was only for one building. While we were at the pool a man and woman came and installed a camera watching the entry to the pool. That would be the only thing I would complain about our stay. The condo is so cute and would definitely book the same unit again.

Just Beachy was perfect in every way!! Definitely would return. Only negative was one of the pools had a code for only one of buildings to use. We have stayed at Gulfview many times as many other guests staying there this trip. That was a big conversation piece and all were not happy with this new rule. In fact a woman installing a security camera to monitor the gate while we were at the pool was bothersome.

My daughter and I are both in college, and we took a long weekend to study for finals at the beach. It was a perfect location. Quick walk to the beach. The management company is amazing. Communication was great, and they responded super promptly when I notified them there was a nest of wasps under a patio chair. I didn't expect them to do anything, I just wanted to let them know for the next guests, but it was already taken care of by the time we got back from the beach. Really pleasant experience overall!

Great location to beach & walking distance to restaurants. Steps to beach. Clean unit! Nice TV’s in unit and AC worked great! No icemaker in freezer FYI. Definitely would stay again for just 2 people. I think 4 would be too tight unless small children. Great communication with host. AC unit on balcony is very loud.

I really enjoyed my stay.. The beach is less then 3 minutes away.. The pool is less a minute away.. Restaurant in walking distance.. Very clean and cozy.. The balcony faces the beach..Great view.. Would do it again and again.

Great location! Very clean! However found patio door unlocked when arrived! Preparing to leave with a 10AM check out, Housekeeping was knocking on door at 8AM and again at 9AM. Felt rushed with our planned 9:40AM departure !

First, I’ll start by saying we greatly enjoyed our stay here. Communication was top notch. The unit was very updated and clean. View from the balcony is very nice. Quiet calm area with lots to do. The unit was a little smaller than we anticipated from the pictures but we still enjoyed everything about it. RealJoy was the best to deal with and available at any time. A++

This location was amazing! We stayed on the back patio every morning. The pool was nice and clean and the walk to the beach was a short distance (even with 2 little ones). We made amazing memories here!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is so convenient! Anything you need is in walking distance. The beach service for chair rental was also very friendly. The condo was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and of coarse the beach view was beautiful.

My family of 4 really enjoyed this condo. The location to beach access is easy. The condo was stocked with useful kitchen utensils, is comfortable and inviting, is tech savvy, has a good view of the beach & street activity. Master bed and pullout couch bed are both comfortable. We were grateful for TV and dish network during down time. The only complaint is that, on VRBO, the condo is listed as having two bathrooms. It only has one.

If you’re looking for convenience and a cannot be beat location - this is it. Seriously! Just steps to the beach with your own private gated entry so the beach was less crowded than public access. The pool was very nice and clean, just outside the condo door and down the stairs. The actual condo was super clean upon arrival. Perfect for us. Always plenty of parking near our entrance. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the balcony over looking the beach! Wonderful vacation and I will most definitely stay here again if given the chance!

We booked this location very last minute and have nothing bad to say at all. Not only did we have ocean view but pool too! The place was spotless when we got there and we tried to keep it as clean as possible. The walk to the beach is literally 2 minutes away and the shopping outlets are about 10 minutes away driving. Water sports is just a short walk away from the beach gate. We could go on and on so 10/10 recommend and we will be back.

This unit is super nice - we've stayed in other units in the building and this one is very nicely renovated with an updated bathroom, appliances, new furniture, and updated flooring throughout. Cute decorations and had absolutely no complaints upon arrival - everything was very clean and organized. It comes with a great selection of dishwater, tupperware (with the actual matching lids), and cutlery for use. Also has great selection of pots, pans, and trays for cooking, which can sometimes be hit or miss in rental units. The location is great, you are directly across from the beach, with comfortable furniture on the balcony for you to sit out and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail. Within walking distance to many restaurants and souvenirs shops. The pool is not the best, its not heated and tucked between two buildings, but you don't go on a beach vacation to spend time at the pool anyways. Only complaint is that it would have been nice to know that the coffee maker is a Keurig and not a realgar coffee pot. They remind you to bring coffee filters, yet they should have specified to bring a reusable k-cup filter or k-cups instead. All in all, would definitely stay again and recommend it to others!
