Located on the ground floor, this newly renovated condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This condo offers a King size bed in the master bedroom, Twin bunkbeds in the hall, and a gel sleeper sofa in the living room. This lovely unit sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably. Beautiful condo in a great location!
We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It is beautifully decorated and has a great layout. The kitchen is stocked with just about any appliance/gadget you can think of. It was a really good experience staying at this RealJoy location. It was easy to walk to the beach and access other parts of Panama City Beach. They did great communicating and laying out instructions for check in and check out. It was a nice area and place with all the things you would need plus some. Everything was great. Can’t really find much to complain about. I liked the protectiveness with the emails we got prior to check in and check out. One thing I would recommend is getting sturdier bracelets as we had our come off twice each. I would also put the fact that we have to pay for bracelets and parking separate from the main charges in the description of the place when you choose to buy it. Was somewhat unexpected for me. We had a blast and would stay again.
We loved the condo, especially the shower and grill. It was easy to get to the ocean and walk to places. The decor was inviting and comfy furniture. Took awhile to get the dishwasher started. We didn't know where the dumpster was for check out. We were disappointed with the wrist band charge since there was no mention of that in the original agreement.- Posted: 6/6/2022

This place is super cute, clean and charming! Best of all close to the beach! It is about a 10/15 minute walk from the actual unit… the residents in the complex are super helpful and friendly. Everything was AMAZING!- Posted: 3/20/2022
