Everything was accessible, location was great! Overall, the stay was good with it being our first time visiting PCB, I'm glad I booked with Real Joy. Televisions in the unit did not work, but when I called, they sent someone out to fix the problem for the main living area or as we say family area, but we would have liked the televisions working in each room, but we made it work by watching movies or mainly what the kids liked.

great location, super comfy beds. the only issue was the Internet and we could only get 1 of the 4 TVs to work. had to go buy a Roku so we could watch TV. I've read other reviews that said the same thing, so I think this issue really needs to be addressed. other than that we had a wonderful family vacation.

Everything was great except the tvs never worked and trying to get around with the elevators was a nightmare. Too many people and not enough elevators to keep up.

The condo was exactly as pictured, beautiful setting, new linens and the host was extremely responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. We had a great vacation!

We were originally coming to spend time with mom for Mother's day, but she passed away before we arrived. The host was very thoughtful, leaving a sympathy note for us along with fruit and veggie trays, some soft drinks, a cheese cake and a bottle of wine. It made our stay special and a bit more comfortable considering we were there to say goodbye to mom. The condo is all that it is advertised as and much more. It's beautiful and comfortable. Definitely would rent this unit again. We usually stay at the Wharf when we come so we've seen many units. This one is worth the trip! Thank you for your kindness in our time of sorrow.

This was our second time staying at LTW and it was just as good as last year. Granted checkin was different this year, and I wasn’t prepared for the $70 for parking and wrist bands that if you lost would cost $100 to replace. However, the condo we stayed at was very nice and had the perfect view. It was great for our family to spend a few days at.

Get there early, 60 dollar wristbands must keep on your whole stay if you lose it that’s a $100 dollar fee

We loved this condo! It had a beautiful view and we just so happened to be there for bike week, so the balcony was perfect for watching everything go on. Beware of the dryer! It is NOISY and takes forever. But all in all, we’d absolutely stay here again! It’s in the middle of everything! The host was really responsive, and we generally have no complaints!

The view, the pools, my husband got a lot of use out of the coffee maker. The kids enjoyed the DVD. Would be very happy to book there again. The bed was really high and I'm short couldn't get in it and ended up sleeping on the couch. Loved everything else.

Condo is beautiful, view of the ocean was absolutely wonderful. Saw dolphins, watched the storm come in, then saw a beautiful rainbow. Everything was perfect. Only complaint is how loud the dryer was, kinda hard for kids in the bunks. Would book again.

We loved the property and the proximity to the beach! The only complaint we have was the elevator situation. Took forever all the time. There is also not an on site market like described in the pics and I was told it has been closed for several years. May want to take the pic off of market. We ran out of toilet paper early (with 5 girls) and I ran down the the “on site market” only to learn that I’d have to go to Walmart to get toilet paper. Overall a great experience!

Location, the condo was absolutely beautiful, cleanliness, beds are soft, everything was perfect with this condo. We have been coming to PCB annually for quiet some time now, and this by far has been the best place we’ve stayed in yet!!! We will be back! THE ELEVATOR SITUATION WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!! At times we waited 30 minutes for a elevator that we could even fit in. Also we had kids screaming from the balcony for over an hour our first night and security would not address it.

This condo is well kept and great for a family. The views were amazing; the decor was relaxing and felt like home; and the location to beach and shopping was great! Thank you to the owners for making us feel at home! The downside is the elevator situation at the property. There is no air conditioning on the elevators and they do not run appropriately for the number of units and guests in a building this size. More than once we chose to take the stairs (13 flights) and made it to our floor at the same time as our senior parents who had to take the elevator.

This place is great! Plenty of room for everyone, the beds were insanely comfortable, and the water pressure was really amazing. The only complaint I have is the elevator situation in the building is not great (only five in the whole place) and we had to go out to restock our toilet paper. Great views for the price and close to the beach and a lot of restaurants, slept 7 twenty-something ladies comfortably.

This was a good location a lot of restaurants were closed due to covid but we cooked laughed played games it was an amazing time. I would definitely book here again. Hot tubs a water show several pools a a few steps from the beach. It was very nice

We book this beautiful 2 bd and it was absolutely AMAZING. They are equipped with your basic needs and the place was very homelike. It makes you feel very comfortable. The only thing is the elevator system can be frustrating but honestly that’s not the host fault. Overall, I would stay here again next time we are in PCB.

Great place to stay. Super close to the beach with multiple pools, a private parking garage and walkway to the beach. Great spot for a family vacation or a spring break trip. Little pricey but worth it overall
