The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals. As one of the best two-bedroom floor plans in Leeward Key, this corner condo features a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Conveniently located next to Kenny D's and across the street from Captain Dave's on the Gulf, Leeward Key 204 is the perfect vacation destination for your dream beach getaway!

Leeward Key offers great amenities for the whole family! There are two pools with gated access, both landscaped with tropical foliage, and one is heated and located right on the beach! The complex has 3 grills guests can use- two gas grills and one charcoal grill. Whether you spend your day floating on the waves of the Gulf just steps away, lounging in the calm waters overlooking the white sand and emerald water, or lazing in the more protected pool on the north side of the complex, you are sure to love this complex. Leeward Key is also a non-smoking facility. There's a fitness room onsite, as well as a vending room for a late-night snack run. The laundry facility is located in the condo. Leeward Key offers all you could want for a fantastic beach vacation!

Convenient to the Silver Sands Outlets for shopping, and the fabulous Grand Boulevard Town Center with restaurants, art, movie theater and upscale shopping, plus the adventurous activities for kids at the Village of Baytowne Wharf. This location is loaded with enough activities to please your group!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The place was clean and it was easy to get to the beach. The AC got cold enough at night for a great night's rest. There is a convenient loading/unloading area with carts that you can use for your luggage. The balcony only has a partial beach/ocean view due to the trees partially blocking the line of sight, but consistently got a great ocean breeze and was very relaxing to rest on. Overall it was a great place, would stay again.

Location was very convenient! We had a few seafood restaurants within walking distance and access to the beach, if you plan on taking tents and beach chairs you do have to drive no more than 5 mins to get to the public entrance (rental chairs are set up during the day) Merlin’s pizza is awesome and delivers until 10pm! We would definitely come back again

Real joy responded quickly to the issues. There were a few insignificant issues I noticed, ie. broken end table , ripped bed skirt broken hair dryer. Some updates and repairs were needed in the unit. Overall I loved Destin and hope to return again. Thank you for working out a late check out so there wasn’t such a large gap between our flight departure and check out.

The pictures don’t do the place justice were the first words out of my wife and daughter’s mouth. The property was clean and ready when we arrived. All amenities worked and basic necessities were adequate. The location is a great with the beach just across the street… a very easy walk.. the condo is a very convenient area close to everything you want in the area.

We stay in Leeward Key all the time. We had not stayed in this unit yet, but it was just as nice as others we have stayed in. Love the 2nd floor as you can avoid the elevator. It comes with 2 rental chairs. This would be the one downside of most of these rentals is lack of other beach chairs and beach towels. When flying I can't bring chairs and towels take up so much room. Fortunately my parents were in another unit and drove so they were able to bring some stuff down for us. Beds were comfortable. We did have to use the pull out couch so maybe a set of bunk beds or queen beds in the 2nd bedroom would allow more sleeping space, but it's not a deal breaker. Plenty of bathroom towels and kitchen was fairly well equipped. Could use some additional knives. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Leeward Key! The location was great, it was convenient to walk to great restaraunts. Beach was nice, we loved having chair service included with the condo. The pools were also really nice. The only upgrade I would suggest is better beds, the king slopes a little to the middle, but we slept fine.

Perfect location, in a peaceful area and just steps away from the beach. Set up at beach was nice and not crowded, which allowed a nice view. All of the staff on site were friendly and host was very responsive, in a timely manner. Walking distance to a few nice restaurants. The inside was very nice and clean, with a homey atmosphere. Overall, the accommodations were clean, beautiful and had everything we needed!

The property was beautiful and very clean. It was a huge bonus that beach service was included! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all and for those wondering there weren’t many steps and not as terribly steep as some. We typically stay beachfront and not across the road, however, it was still beautiful. Only being on the 2nd floor the palm trees blocked a lot of the ocean view, but we could still hear the waves!

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. 15 minute drive to Harborwalk Village and Marina for fun activities. 15 minute drive to a grocery store but found out that the local DG (which is walking distance) carry food too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, close enough to beach, plenty of space for my family of 4, quite, and reasonably priced. Place had a weird smell as if it was closed up for a long time and main bathroom bathtub was not cleaned. Provided no coffee
