Beautiful place, location is the best,
the only recommendation is to change the mattresses on the main beds, they were not comfortable.

Wonderful condo. We had 6 adults and a 6 mo old, 2 year old and 4 year old. Porta crib easily fits in master closet and laundry room. Amazing view!!! Easy to get to beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo with amazing views! Because it's a corner unit, you get a lot of extra sunlight from the side windows. Fresh, modern updates. Very spacious. Easy access to the pools, beach, and walking path. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys! Comfortable beds. Within walking distance to souvenir shops, a coffee shop, and an ice cream shop. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again next time we visit the area! Thank you!

The location was great, plenty around but not too busy. The unit was as described and had plenty of space and great amenities for a girl’s weekend. The showers definitely could have been cleaner, but the host was very responsive when I emailed about it. Access to the beach was very convenient. We enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the beach.

Beautiful clean condo with an excellent view. Plenty of space for our big family of 11. Kitchen had all the essentials. There were even some beach items that we were able to use. We had no issues the entire stay! Will gladly stay here in the future

We had people coming 3 different states. The property accommodated our parking and different arrival times. Plenty of room for 3 families. Balcony has a great view and the kids loved the bunk bed room!

The location is unbeatable! 10th floor corner unit directly across the street from the clear blue water and white sand beach. There are ample sleeping spaces, full kitchen with appliances, and full washer and dryer. This is a wonderful place for families or couples traveling together. The property management company was very responsive to our calls and messages, and provided some assistance when we requested it. They do not routinely stock any condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or cooking oils. Plan on making a complete grocery run upon arrival.

The reson for the 1- 4 star is because the parking was hard to figure out, yet when we spoke with someone it was easy to figure out! The beds were great, location was amazing! The views from the balcony was one that we would love to see everyday. The extras for the beach were great to have. The extras in the condo for utensils were also a good help. We love the large open concept and the ability to converse while cooking. Overall not a bad thing to say about the condo at all! We would love to come back!

The condo was great! Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen, and FABULOUS views! Each bedroom was well equipped with extra blankets if needed. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals. Beach chairs in laundry room were a nice extra. Elevators were always available and the covered parking place was a nice bonus. The balcony was huge and had lots of seating options for our family. We would definitely stay here again… in fact we already booked again!

The location and views were outstanding. Easy proximity to restaurants and especially the beautiful beach right across the street.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner.

It's never going to be cheap to go to Destin with a large group of people. Money has to be spent. Thankfully, for the amount of money that was spent on this trip, these accommodations were extremely well suited for my family. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids and the two bedrooms gave the adults their own privacy. Perfect spot. If we can afford it again next year, we'll probably be back. They include lots of kitchen essentials, they provide a couple of chairs for the beach and the entire place was quite clean. Perfect location with great views too.

Beautiful condo, great location overlooking the ocean. Condo is very nice with great amenities including indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Restaurants within walking distance. Bedrooms were all very comfortable and accommodated our family of 8 with room for more. Appreciated each bedroom also had remote control ceiling fans and TVs. Garage spot just for us was super convenient for parking. Beach chairs were great to have on hand, balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy the sounds of the beach and relax, 10/10 for us!

Beautiful condo with tons of sleeping space. Pull out couch was comfortable. Great bonus of the beach chairs and accessories in the closet. Balcony has beautiful views and location is super convenient just steps from the beach. Would definitely stay again!

What an awesome view and place! Being on the 10th floor was great! The balcony juts out so you can't really see the scenic road below...just edge of balcony, beach and the ocean. The sound of the waves was very relaxing. There is a great beachy feel to the condo and it is large - there were 6 of us adult females and with 3 bathrooms had no issues! There are about 4 restaurants within walking distance that are very decent. We got around with a 6 passenger street legal golf cart - fun! IF you can figure out the way as we did, can even make it over to Harbor Village where all the action is - well worth the trip!

Great stay for 6 of us-4 adults and 2 kids. The condo is very well appointed with beach toys, chairs and umbrella. Bring your own beach towel, but the condo has everything else! The view is far and away the best part. Coffee on the balcony is the best while watching dolphins and ships at sea.
Beds were comfortable and the kids loved having 5 bunks to choose from! It was also nice with that room farthest from the living room so we could stay up a bit later without disturbing too much.
Quiet building even in the middle of spring break. We were very happy there were no parties!
The weather was very cold and we could only have “beach day” twice during our stay. The indoor pool is heated but just “ok”. We didn’t feel it was maintained the best by the overall property.
The location is awesome. Very close to a lot of attractions! We will definitely look to come back!

Only reason for a 4 star vs 5 would be location to amenities. We spent quite a bit of time in the car driving to get to attractions and traffic was horrible. We also had VERY noisy guests directly above our unit, but that is not the fault of property manager. Overall this unit was very spacious and nice for our needs.

This unit exceeded our expectations! The views were amazing, the location convenient, it was spacious and clean, and suited all of us. Only thing I would add is a small dresser or chest of drawers in the bunkbed room to help keep kids clothes organized. We are already planning our next trip back!

This condo is very nice and clean. Beautiful view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Beach is very short walk across the street from condo building. Condo is completely outfitted with all the typical comforts of you own home. stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Pool and hot tub were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommend and will be booking again!

Great location! We had a wonderful view of the gulf from our 10th floor condo. The beach was a short walk from the building. We enjoyed the pool. Our condo was clean and we loved each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs for our use in the laundry room closet. We were pleased to be in a corner unit. The lobby had many luggage carts for people to use. The parking garage was great! We would definitely return in the future.

The property is beautiful! Spectacular view! The room was spacious and well kept with everything you need to relax and enjoy vacation. Comfortable beds, huge kitchen and the convenience of the beach directly in front of your door. We would definitely stay here again! A few upgrades are needed in the bathrooms. Our drain in one of the bathtubs did not drain And a sink was broken. Really no complaints as there were plenty of bathrooms and sinks here to choose from.

Nice place to stay for a weekend vacation! Only thing I’m concerned about is how hot the water is. I don’t know if it’s the building itself or individual condos that controls the temp of the water. Overall everything is great!
