Welcome to Maravilla 3107. This convenient 2BR, 2BA condo is just across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. An extra-convenient ground floor condo with large patio overlooks a grassy area. It is great for families with children, seniors or anyone who doesn't care to climb steps or wait for the elevator. With a king bed in the master, a full sized bed in the second bedroom, and a pull out sofa in the living room, the beach condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Enjoy the added benefit of a washer/dryer in the condo. The private beach gate is just steps from your patio door. Enjoy lasting vacation memories at Maravilla 3107.

Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33 acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool, and there is another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! Maravilla features "low rise condo buildings" as opposed to "high rise condo buildings." Low-rise condo buildings are more family-friendly, especially with small children and seniors, while still having the benefit of an elevator. It is easy to walk to the pools and beach. Please note: renters are not allowed to drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.
Area Attractions:
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques, and dining options.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Room was perfect location, just needed updating. Dishwasher leaked into the kitchen floor was the worst part, some of the electrical plugs didn't work, and the coach - pullout mattress was worn out. We really enjoyed our vacation. This may have been the best place we have stayed. The condo is not directly on the beach but everything is within a short walking distance. Plus, you do not have to wait for an elevator. Beach chairs and an umbrella are not included in the stay but they inform you of that before booking. However, they had beach chairs and an umbrella in the room if you want to use it. The washing machine is a little small but we made it work. We will definitely be back. We had a great stay here! We loved being right across the street from the beach and being on the first floor was amazing. We were super grateful for the beach chairs and umbrella that were in the in the condo! Only thing was the smaller room’s bed was super squeaky and loud whenever you turned over. Very clean. Plenty of towels which is always a plus. Location was nice. Loved the private beach access and the pools. Guest bed could have been nicer but wasn’t bad for a short stay. Would have liked to know we couldn’t bring tents/canopy to the beach. Parking was great and nice to have ice to purchase. Would have been nice for all the check out information be the same. For example: everything I got said put air on 74° but when I went to checkout online it said 78°. We had to go back and change it. Really enjoyed the location and the condo was nice for the price. We booked maybe a month in advanced and most everything for decent price/location was gone. The place was clean, all tile which i prefer, especially since you're a short walk from the beach (you will bring sand in, there is no avoiding if you plan to spend any time on the beach even with the outdoor shower). Even from the ground you can still catch a glimpse of the water from the patio which was enough for me since most places were SO expensive for a beach view. The Gulf is literally across the street and despite the busy time of year the neigborhood was pretty quiet. Keep in mind if you get a grounfloor condo you might have to deal with some noise above depending on who stays above you. Im not sure who was above us but it sounded like they were rearanging the furniture of the entire condo every night but that is really my only complaint and that was just circumstance.
