Welcome to Maravilla 3107. This convenient 2BR, 2BA condo is just across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. An extra-convenient ground floor condo with large patio overlooks a grassy area. It is great for families with children, seniors or anyone who doesn't care to climb steps or wait for the elevator. With a king bed in the master, a full sized bed in the second bedroom, and a pull out sofa in the living room, the beach condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Enjoy the added benefit of a washer/dryer in the condo. The private beach gate is just steps from your patio door. Enjoy lasting vacation memories at Maravilla 3107.

Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33 acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Maravilla Resort has family-oriented vacation rentals. It is a relaxed resort community, and it is less crowded than the downtown Destin area. Many folks enjoy the view of the ocean from the beachside pool, and there is another large pool is located by the clubhouse for a relaxing day of sun! Maravilla features "low rise condo buildings" as opposed to "high rise condo buildings." Low-rise condo buildings are more family-friendly, especially with small children and seniors, while still having the benefit of an elevator. It is easy to walk to the pools and beach. Please note: renters are not allowed to drive golf carts in the Maravilla community.

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques, and dining options.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Family Trip

Very clean. Plenty of towels which is always a plus. Location was nice. Loved the private beach access and the pools. Guest bed could have been nicer but wasn’t bad for a short stay. Would have liked to know we couldn’t bring tents/canopy to the beach. Parking was great and nice to have ice to purchase. Would have been nice for all the check out information be the same. For example: everything I got said put air on 74° but when I went to checkout online it said 78°. We had to go back and change it. But overall it was nice, the weather was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

The location was excellent! Close to restaurants and just steps from the beach. Easy to see the water from the patio when drinking coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. Condo was a little outdated.

Really enjoyed the location and the condo was nice for the price. We booked maybe a month in advanced and most everything for decent price/location was gone. The place was clean, all tile which i prefer, especially since you're a short walk from the beach (you will bring sand in, there is no avoiding if you plan to spend any time on the beach even with the outdoor shower). Even from the ground you can still catch a glimpse of the water from the patio which was enough for me since most places were SO expensive for a beach view. The Gulf is literally across the street and despite the busy time of year the neigborhood was pretty quiet. Keep in mind if you get a grounfloor condo you might have to deal with some noise above depending on who stays above you. Im not sure who was above us but it sounded like they were rearanging the furniture of the entire condo every night but that is really my only complaint and that was just circumstance. All in all lovely place and location for price!

Perfect location to beach

Wife, myself, 2 sons age 3 and 3 months along with another couple with a 3 year old stayed at this property and it was perfect. Layout of condo was perfect. Short walk to the beach was a real plus especially with the plethora of beach toys we had to haul with us for the kids. Will definitely stay at this location again!!

We loved the Maravilla condo! It was spacious, clean, and right across the street from the beach. The check in and check out was seamless and the communication was great. Beautiful beaches and sparkling water! I would recommend bringing an extra blanket and supportive pillow as the bedding in the master was light and the pillows were flat. Other than that it was all good!

Condo was clean. Check in was easy. And not far from the beach at all easy walk across the street. The pool is very nice and open till 10. Beach was a little crowded but the water and sand were very nice.

Great location, great condo.

We were a little skeptical because we always like to have a balcony view of the gulf when we vacation to this area. We enjoy coffee watching dolphins. But we may have enjoyed the convenience of being on the first floor as much. This condo was 2 bedrooms but it seemed larger, it fit our family of 5 very well. Everything worked as it should and the condo was well stocked with all of the necessities of home. Would stay here again.

Close to paradise..

We had a wonderful stay in this unit. Plenty of room for the 6 of us, 2 moms 4 teenage girls. I did bring in a single blow up bed, and it fit next to the King size bed. The only issue we really had was with the refrigerator's ice maker leaking water all over the floor. We called in and RealJoy sent out technicians out twice, but it never did work properly. The agents response times were great, they were friendly and understanding. And the the technicians showed up right when promised, and the second time brought 2 bags of ice. The only other thing we wished this unit had was some bar stools at the counter. It did have adequate seating, so not a big deal. As a note for other guest, this unit does not come with beach service. I had not realized that as it was a last minute booking, and every other unit I had try to secure did have the beach service included.
