We're within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and only a block or two away from the Big Kahuna, Destin's fun waterpark. Walk only 300 feet to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the heated pool. From the open balcony, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water, and sailboats and fishing boats go by. Less than a mile from Mellow Mushroom and Another Broken Egg Cafe and a short drive to the Harborfront, with boat and jet ski rentals plus more great restaurants!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. The place was exactly as they described. Lots of construction going on but it wasn’t a bother to us at all. You may smell paint fumes but even when we told them that, they were proactive to make sure it wasn’t anything major in the condo going on. Very convenient to a lot. And the beach access was right there. Thank you RealJoy! Also LOVE the shower in the master bedroom!

Family/Friends vacation

Amazing views overlooking the ocean from inside and balcony. Quick walk down the elevator and right to the beach! Beds are comfortable we had 10 guests staying with us. Sofia was a pull out bed which worked out perfectly for us. We didn’t have any issues with our stay and posting was accurate. Great place to stay if you want easy and quick beach access.

Great property

Property was great! I loved the view from the balcony and that there was a lounge chair. The bunkbeds in the one room was a perfect set up for the kids. The beach was great as well as the pool. The only negatives were that we cooked a lot and there wasn’t some things we needed ex: measuring cups, mixer, Tupperware containers. Also, they do clearly state that there aren’t any beach toys, supplies which other places say that and they always have some. But there truly weren’t any beach chairs, beach toys, etc. None of these ‘negatives’ ruined our trip but are just some minor things to be aware of when packing and planning! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful & Just Right

This specific property was a beautiful space that fit our family and friends perfectly! The teens loved the bunk room as their domain and having an extra half bath for 8 of us was helpful. The views were amazing with walls of windows. The beach was pristine and the beach service was simple to book. We had a wonderful vacation in a beautiful location.I would highly recommend this space!

Breathtaking views!!! Close to everything . Very spacious for a group of 10. Just a suggestion to provide more dishes enough for group of 10. But our stay was so nice and will gladly come back again. Very good communication from management.

We loved our stay!
Perfect for our 3 families, a total of 9 people. The condo was very clean with plenty of space. The view from the condo was amazing with plenty of sitting for all. The beach was steps away and the reserved umbrella and chairs made it less for us to pack. The heated pool and sauna were amazing to end our day. Location was perfect!
Only thing is the condo doesn’t have a coffee maker but a keurig machine so just heads up. Also they provide bed sheets but may need to bring a few blankets.
Overall I would definitely be back!

Beachfront goodness

Had the whole family in for a 4 night stay. Property overlooking the gulf with fabulous views. Great size with plenty of sleeping and entertainment space. Everyone was thrilled with the 2 minute walk to the beach. During our stay the central AC unit for the kitchen and living area failed. They had a new one installed!!!!

Wonderful place right on the ocean and there was a lot of construction therefore paint fumes a bit of noise and just an overall construction smell.
