This pet-friendly 2-story townhouse features 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths, and offers a spacious living room and a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. You will also find private beach access, a backyard with dining and a storage unit with beach toys and chairs for fun in the sun 🌞. There is In-unit laundry with a washer and dryer to make your stay easier. There is plenty of room for 10 guests in this spacious home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a sleeper sofa downstairs.

Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. SouthBay by the Gulf is a gated, low-density townhome community. This complex is steps to two full sized pools with kiddie pools, shuffleboard courts, lighted tennis courts, beachside volleyball courts and the 5 acres freshwater lake. Every townhome features a designated parking spot right in front of your door making it easy to transfer your things in-no long walks through huge parking lots searching for your car. This great complex is just 2 miles away from Harbor Walk Village. Here you can find waterfront shopping, paddle board and kayak rentals, pontoon and jet ski rentals, parasailing, glass bottom boats, world class fishing, pirate ship excursions, dolphin cruises, concerts and live music, weekly fireworks, live entertainment, and an array of restaurants, including Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville and Harry T’s, to satisfy all tastes. You will be sure to find something for the whole family to enjoy!

Close by is Destin Commons, an outdoor shopping and entertainment venue, family and pet friendly, where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. The best part of the place was the location. The beach was just a short walk away and it was in a gated area. We felt very safe. Downfalls - the back deck area was not very impressive and the pictures make you think there is a hot tub by the pool but there isn’t one. What you see in the pictures is a baby pool. We would definitely stay here again!!

Thank yall so much for the lovely handwritten note and flowers we found when we arrived. Our stay was great. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking . The guest closet with beach items was also great. While sitting outside we did have a family member sit in one of the plastic chairs and it broke.... the person is not large but the chair was very brittle. No injuries ... We enjoyed the beach daily... the surf was yellow flag most days but the weather was really good. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks.... also the agents that I spoke to several times were very helpful and professional. Thanks again

Very close to the beach access and the tennis courts. Clean, kid friendly, easy parking. No beach service for this unit. I didn’t realize going into it that this would be a problem but it was a little hard to find a spot behind the chairs that allowed a view of the water so that we could keep an eye on the kids. We ended up with 7 in the house and it was tight but manageable. If we had come with 9 like we originally planned for, it would have felt like we were on top of each other.
