It was a great spot. However we thought you could walk out from back patio directly to beach. That was not the case. It was down a sidewalk and around to boardwalk. Can’t see beach from back patio even.

We loved staying at this home no issues, personal was very responsive just house was super cold every one enjoyed the cold ac but not me maybe cause im an old lady. Other than that everything was perfect

This is a great place , we were there for a month and enjoyed every minute. We had a couple of small issues, and RealJoy was awesome! They sent someone immediately and fixed the problem! Can't wait to go back next winter.

Very close to the beach access and the tennis courts. Clean, kid friendly, easy parking. No beach service for this unit. I didn’t realize going into it that this would be a problem but it was a little hard to find a spot behind the chairs that allowed a view of the water so that we could keep an eye on the kids. We ended up with 7 in the house and it was tight but manageable. If we had come with 9 like we originally planned for, it would have felt like we were on top of each other.

We enjoyed our stay all except for I ask for ocean front and somehow I didn’t end up with it I got what y’all call ocean view only from the second floor bedroom and you really couldn’t see much

This is a great place to stay with kids and a dog. The complex has many places to walk your dog, the storage room was packed with beach items, and it takes seconds to be on the beach. We played tennis, swam in the pools, and cooked out! The kitchen is well stocked with sharp knives and a good egg pan! Musts for us.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our trip was! My husband and I spent Labor Day week with my mother, brother, and nephew for our annual beach getaway. The beautiful beach house is perfectly sized with plenty of space to relax and spread out. The patio area provides a beautiful view of the Gulf, and the stroll down the very short path to the beach makes it perfectly located for ease. While we opted to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach (which is private and extremely comfortable - no space intrusion!) - there are chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys ready for your enjoyment in the shed. There are outdoor showers at the top of the beach path, making it easy to wash off the sand before trekking it in with you, and a foot rinse off the patio by the shed to help rinse your feet and each items. The complex is also located across the street from the grocery store and shopping center, which was super convenient. The owner and rental property were extremely helpful and friendly as well, making it a pleasurable and stress free experience. All in all, it's an amazing vacation getaway and would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was wonderful! Would like to let the property manager know that the remotes for the t.v.s don't work because the cable box is taped up behind the t.v.s, blocking the remote from communicating with the cable box.
