Sterling Sands 707 is a Gulf Front condo located right in the heart of Destin! This 2BR/2BA condo sleeps a maximum of 4 guests and has unbeatable, wall to wall Beach Views! There's a king bed in the master bedroom and a twin over full bunk bed in the guest bedroom. This lovely condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony with stunning views, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. When you’re not catching sun on the beach, splash around in the community pool or explore all the amazing amenities at Sterling Sands! Come make Sterling Sands 707 a family vacation tradition!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

*Guests should complete the online check in 3 days prior to arrival to avoid delays upon check in. Guests are charged $15+Tax for guests 5 years and older. Guests will be charged for any lost wristbands. 2 Parking Passes Max. Smoking is prohibited on the property, including the beach. There is one designated area to smoke, it’s located at the bus stop as you enter the property from Hwy 98*

With all the amenities you're craving nestled in a tropical setting, you'll never want to leave Sterling Sands! Splash around in the 71ft Gulf Front pool (seasonally heated) or relax in the outdoor hot tub. Grill up your catch of the day in the covered barbecue/picnic area or work out in the beachside fitness room. You’ll enjoy the spectacular sunsets from your private balcony and have a vacation to remember! The location of Sterling Sands can't be beat, it's right across the street from The Track Family Fun Park, with mini-golf and go-kart racing, and within minutes from numerous shopping and dining options, including walking distance to the Back Porch.

Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Sterling Sands was great little getaway spot. Condo itself was clean and tidy with comfy beds etc. We had some rainy days, so maybe think about putting some board games or cards in the unit in case of bad weather. Other than that, it was great and a good value we felt.

Working with RealJoy was great, responsive and thorough. The unit was a good size for our family of 4. The bunk beds in the second room were perfect for our kids and helped open up a smaller room. The kitchen had new countertops and appliances and the decor was calming and nicely done. The view from the 7th floor balcony was exceptional! Really loved the private beach access and beach service (two chairs and umbrella) that come with the unit, a nice plus! We will be returning in the future!

this is even better than the pictures! a few steps from the pool/spa and the private beach, with beach service! the view is amazing and the walls of mirrors make it easy to view the scenery from almost any spot in this space! felt very much at home and couldn't have asked for better! the kitchen is equipped with just about everything you may need, the beds are comfy, linens are clean and fresh, but nothing beats the miraculous view from the balcony! even spotted a few dolphins cruising the waters while drinking coffee and listening to the waves crash. couldn't be happier!

Absolutely perfect location! Super close to everything. The bathrooms were a little outdated and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, but overall am excellent place to stay. The rooms were nice and spacious and the view was incredible! Huge bonus was chair service was included. I would definitely recommend!!
