We stayed here during labor day weekend. The condo is at 18th floor. The view from the balcony is unparallel. I have enjoyed my morni g coffee sitti g in the balcony. The location is also very convenient only 10 mins from the harborwalk village. The amenities in the condo were just perfect and as described. There were even laundry pods. The parking was ample. Though we didn’t get parking at hotel area in the night but there was overflow parking available just opposite the hotel. The only complain is the sound of the ac was loud in the bedroom. It was starting and stopping with loud sound which disturbed the sleep. I wanted a late checkout because of my kid, but unfortunately that was not available but quite understandable. And the support was polite and very responsive. They have answered all my queries readily within few mins. Overall they stay was very pleasant and enjoyable

The condo was clean and nice and the view from the balcony is awesome. We spent almost as much time out on the balcony as we did on the beach. Tidy kitchen with all the equipment you need for cooking and eating. Laundry machines so you don't have to use the laundromat. Nice bathroom and shower. Overall a very pleasant place to be. I'd stay again.

It was a great place, but I was disappointed that there was no closet. There is a portable wardrobe that was brought in. I believe they redid the bathroom at the cost of a closet. The condo did have a stacked washer and dryer, which was convenient and worked great. Overall great experience.

Everything was as advertised in the description. Check in was smooth. The view feom the balcony was beautiful. Management was very quick to respond to one little issue. The only thing I would pass along to future guests is that the shower head is really low. You cannot stand under it if you are taller than 5-2.

Overall, the property was as expected. The property and condo were a little dated, but nothing terribly off putting. Great views and amenities. Everything you need is on site. The convenience store in the lobby was a great thing to have. My only complaint would be the noise from the AC unit when it kicks on. It was loud at night, but I got used to it. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

You can't beat the location. The room is also updated and very nice! A few things were broken when we arrived (the lock on the bathroom and a sink that didn't drain) but the management company was quick to respond when I let them know. The amenities on the property are outdated and I'd recommend staying away from the restaurant in the lobby.

We loved this property. The only complaint I have is that we went to use one of the blankets and found that it had some old pizza sauce or something similar on it, indicating it had not been washed. This also led me to question if the quilts had been washed or not. Please make sure to wash the blankets and quilts between guests, even if they’re placed back in the dresser folded! Other than this, we had a wonderful stay. We appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit, the view is beautiful, and the bunk beds made it so much easier to sneak out on the balcony for early morning coffee without disturbing the kids (who have slept on the pull-out couches in previous units we’ve stayed in at SunDestin). The only thing I wish we could change is having two toilets instead of one. Other than the blanket issue, we were very pleased overall. Everything else was clean. We think this was an oversight on the part of whoever cleans between guests.

I have nothing negative to say about the property. It was perfect. My wife and I took our two children (9 and 5). They had a blast. Every day they woke up ready to go to the beach. They loved the bunk beds but most importantly the room's view was breathtaking. They went on the balcony anytime we were in the room which was rare. No complaints at all. Plus the restaurant on the first level was excellent. When it got dark they went to the pool and never left. This was a perfect family trip post COVID-19 pandemic.

We normally travel to Florida with our 5 older kids and my mother, so this was a nice change for us to just visit with us and the baby. The condo is centrally located in Destin and is in close proximity of most anything you would want to do. The views from the balcony are beyond stunning and we saw dolphins, sharks and sea rays multiple times from the balcony. The indoor pool was a great temperature for the winter month, it is however a small pool that has a maximum capacity of 8 people per the rules on the wall. The close proximity to the beach is superb. My reason for rating cleanliness a little subpar is due to the shower needing a deep clean (the tracts were very dirty) and the vents showing signs of mold. Both things that I am certain can be remedied very easily with a good deep clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and if we are able to get away again, just the 3 of us, then we would certainly consider booking here again.

Everything was wonderful. Except for the pictures there is an arcade on site. It was one of our selling points of why we stayed there. We have a 3 yr old who loves arcade games. However. When I asked where it was the office woman said it's been gone for a little while. :( cleanliness and condo accessories were great. Nice stay ty.

Nice updated unit. Perfect for a couple & maybe younger children. Provided was 4 towels & 4 wash rags, kitchen towel & 2 dishwasher packets, & dish soap. We never cooked on this 3 night stay but it looked like there was plenty of items to cook with. Our ice maker took 30 hours to produce ice. You can buy 10 pound bags of ice in gift shop on site for under $4. The resort gave us a welcome goodie bag & the gift shop gave us 2 4 packs of Red Bull. Parking was easy. Restaurants within walking distance. Carts were available for all our junk. Friendly staff & property management. Our bed was super comfy. 18th floor view was cool but I don't handle heights well. Elevators were fairly quick. We mingled well with diverse groups staying on resort. My 36 yr old husband even raced some 13 yr old boys...lol. Indoor hot tub, wet suana, dry suana & heated pool was nice for the cooler weather. Beach was nice as always. I sleep with ear plugs but neighbors never bothered me. If it's ever just my husband & I we would want to book the unit again. There was not a hair dryer if you're wandering. No closet in bedroom but in laundry room you could hang things. Also, outdoor hot tub was great for cooler Temps as well. We truly enjoyed the resort & the unit. We typically don't stay on the beach but we're glad we did. Thanks for letting us stay there!
