Surfside Resort #503

This was our first time at Miramar beach and we loved it. The condo was amazing and perfect location. There was a lot within walking distance to do, restaurants and when we drove , everything was very close. The condo view is amazing and the room was perfect. Walking to the beach and access to the beach is within minutes (from room to beach less than 5 mins and this includes waiting for elevator). Plenty of sleeping areas in the room and bathrooms are good size. If you are hot nature , bring a floor fan because rooms do not have ceilings fans. (This was not a con is just a heads up for those that like to sleep with one:) ). By far me and my family had a blast and we will definitely be booking this place again next time we head this way. My daughter has cheer nationals in Sandestin but we wanted to stay away from the golf resort so this was a great location for us! The resort is right on the beach with great amenities. The condo was honestly gorgeous. Plenty of room for three adults and one kid, could easily fit more. The view was gorgeous, could see dolphins in the gulf from the balcony! The resort itself was good with a clean pool & direct beach access through a walk over bridge & on street level too. Lots of close beachfront restaurants nearby. We ended up extending our stay by a day & they made it super easy to do through text which was very convenient! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We stayed in unit #503 for 2 weeks. Plenty of space and loved the balcony and stunning view of the beach. Was during March, so beach chair service was included and the beach chair attendants were the best! Enjoyed our stay and Real Joy was amazing to work with. Thank you from a Hoosier Snowbird.

This place was great for our family of 5, which included two teens and an 8 month old. The room layout was so great that I was able to push our stroller all the way into our bedroom and park it! It was affordable and checked every box we were looking for. Somewhat walkable if that’s your thing — the whale’s tail and surf hut are two beachside restaurants nearby. Be sure to reserve your chairs at 8 am or before if you want a front row spot.

Our favorite part was the beautiful view on the large patio! We spent every morning and evening taking in the view of the beach and listening to the waves. Everything was clean and just as pictured! I did have a few questions during the check in process but everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helped me quickly. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit so we could stay on top of laundry before heading back home. Very convenient beach access and even the beach chair attendants were friendly and helpful. Our daughter loved the pool area as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again! We loved the beautiful views from the condo. The balcony was perfect for early morning sun while enjoying breakfast and watching for dolphins. The beach chairs and umbrella were amazing and the pool access was simple. Staff and locals provided added information about eateries and things to do. This condo was exactly as described. Beautiful views of the beach and pool, easy access to the beach and bar, clean and extremely comfortable. Host provided items we never thought anyone would think of. I was “wowed” when I saw a toddler bed railing under the bed, something I wanted to bring with me but forgot. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there and whenever we are back to Destin, we will definitely book again.

This is a great place to stay. The on sight staff was very helpful as well as the RealJoy staff that we reached out to. Just a quick walk across the bridge to the beach. Very quite a night This location is pretty centrally located for shopping and restaurants. It is an easy travel to the airport as well. We for sure will come back in the future.

RealJoy is the BEST property management company I have ever dealt with. Extremely kind and responsive. This wonderful space is just as depicted. Would definitely return. Love the decor and design. Great amenities at the property even though it's dated. Parking could be better. Some items to note for future travelers- The front desk is run by another property mgmt co and check in was extremely confusing. Basically you just need to get a parking pass from the security guard. But if you check in when they are there you can do that too. Need to login to RealJoy to get door code. This seemed like a fairly high cleaning fee considering we are required to do the dishes/trash but we understand it's standard. The free beach chairs are first come first serve. Not happy we weren't allowed to adjust temp to lower than 70 but understand. Smaller bedroom runs hot. Grey mst pillowcases werent clean. Master shower has bizarre temperature dial that even staff was confused about.

Very clean and spacious. Private beach access was great with beach chairs and umbrella service available at no cost. Pool and spas were also very nice.

This beautiful building located next to beach. Private walkway to get across the road to go to beach. 1 room was very spacious, and the other was small and it didnt have a tv in small bedroom. The view was breathtaking. It was nice having a washer and dryer in unit. When i arrived rental was clean and ready for us to move in. This rental supplies you with all the necessities needed in a home. Cons: When arrived there was no staff at property to explain how things worked. A security guard arrived and gave us a parking pass and told us to just use our door code to get into room. He also gave us the gate code for beach access. There was womens under garments that were not removed from prior renter. Before leaving at the end of our stay we had to wash and dry all towels and dishes prior to leaving. For the price you pay and no room services throughout the week i would think they should be responsible for cleaning the room, towels, dishes etc. Overall 9/10 review
