Nice clean place near the beach. Easy access, great neighborhood pool. Great communication with property manager. Would have been nice, considering what you're paying, if more trash bags & TP were included.

The house is as described. We liked the location close to the beach. If you are traveling with kids, I recommend you to bring a wagon and/or stroller, or take the shuttle, just keep in mind that it does not run 24 hours.
The house is in good shape. They’ll let you know what you should bring and what they will provide.
We were a party of 9, including 7 adults and 2 kids. We had a blast!

Great stay! Clean home and the neighborhood was great. The lagoon style pool was also very fun and easy to get into. I will say that we were frustrated that you cannot bring a golf cart into the community and that wasn’t told to us until check-in, after we already reserved and paid for the cart. Entry signs at the community say they are permitted when they are not. So you are stuck paying $30 per night to park it outside the gates or they tow it. Also the shuttle to the beach does not run all day. Be prepared to provide ALL of your basics. We ran out of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc all after the first day and no extras are provided. We had to go buy all of that. Regardless, we loved our stay and enjoyed. I recommend providing more household basics & at least pantry basics like salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc!

Roomy, clean and very quiet. The beach is a distance away and parking is terrible for the very small public beach access. Most of the beach is private again with very small access. We just drove to a larger beach area where we didn’t have to pay $20 to park. If you bring a large wagon it could be worth the walk.

This place was so beautiful me and my family loved it if you have a big family this is the place to stay the only I didn't like was the washer worked perfectly but the dyer would not dyer the clothes and smell like mildew and we had to go buy new towels and rags from Walmart because of course the kids was taking the towels to the pool everyday .

Amazing place to stay at and it definitely felt like home. I will be booking this property again in the future. The location is great and having the Shuttle bus transport you to and from the beach makes it very convenient for spending a day out on the beach. I absolutely loved everything about this place and I can’t wait to visit again.

Our stay at Tequila Sunrise with RealJoy Vacations was fantastic. It accommodated our family that ranged in age from 2 to 63, and was perfect for everyone. We were able to access the house at 4:00 and everything was clean. The A/C worked great along with all of the TVs. The pool was a big hit and was a short walk. It was very clean and has two sides to it, with a big rock waterfall in the middle. We walked just a few blocks to the beach. Most houses have an outside toy box with beach items. We were pleasantly surprised to find a big wagon, beach chairs, buckets and many beach toys. The area is gated which made us all feel safe. We will definitely book with RealJoy and stay at this house for our next family vacation. Thanks for a great time!

We enjoyed our stay close to the ocean and a very nice pool. plenty of room. had to make a couple of calls to the office about a leaky toilet and the propane was empty in the gas grill. the issues were taken care of right off. You can tell the house is lived in

The location is great, just a couple blocks from the beach in one direction and shopping, retail in the other right off the main road and bridge. Several grocery store options within 3 minute drive. The place itself is well laid out with master on first floor next to kitchen and two more rooms upstairs. Had plenty of room for all 7 adults. Parking for two large vehicles in the driveway. We didn't watch much TV since we were at the pool and beach the entire time. We did cook and the place had everything we needed for cookware. Grill is gas and was full, used it a couple times and worked perfectly. Decent amount of towels (we did a load or two of laundry). BRING: - condiments - extra paper towels and toilet paper - extra dish towels (not a big deal) - ice (fridge ice won't last with large party) - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc... Contact was super responsive and courteous. Checked on us during our stay. We never had any issues. A few things might need to be tightened up here and there, just contact them and make note so you don't get charged. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS UNIT.

We had 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and a baby in our party. It was a very homey environment where we could sit and relax, or cook or grill. The lagoon pool was great for the small children. It was a great vacation!!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was wonderful! The place was very clean, it was close to the beach and was also very close to the Destin commons, which we frequently visited. We had almost everything we needed to cook (no spices) but we made it work and had a lot of fun!

The place was nice, about 10 minutes walking to the beach. There are a few beach toys that guest must have left over the years that were great to add to and borrow. I saw reviews that floors were filthy but have to say the sand gets everywhere! We had to sweep daily. The shuttle to the beach and awesome and the pool was really nice. House was accurate as described and really housed us all nicely.

We were happy with our stay. Loves the first floor master bedroom. Thought of most everything when it came to what was needed for the kitchen. We LOVED the margaritaville machine! The floors were sandy on arrival, but home was otherwise pretty clean. We would stay here again!

The pool is very nice. The bathrooms in the pool area needed to be seriously cleaned. No beach equipment at the house to use. No trolley available and they did not tell us when we booked. 15 min walk to beach. If arriving before checkin there is very little parking by the pool.
Nice house. Waited on hold for at least thirty minutes each time we called. This property is owned by a management company with very slow response. They never responded to questions that I sent through Airbnb inbox.
