Welcome to Shore Bird Sanctuary, a casual, yet chic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. This professionally managed Santa Rosa Beach retreat is located in Topsail Village on the west end of 30A. Start your morning by relaxing on the large, private balcony with your favorite cup of coffee as you enjoy the peaceful view of the palm trees overlooking the balcony. This bright and naturally sunlit condo makes a great vacation stay for singles, couples, families, or those looking to celebrate a special occasion. The west end of 30A is distinctly quieter, but it is still incredibly convenient to all the finest area attractions. Shore Bird Sanctuary is equipped with everything you need for your vacation. The open kitchen has all the utensils, plates, and cookware you’ll need to prepare a meal for your family or that romantic dinner. We supply both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot for your convenience.
The cozy, comfortable king bed in the master suite has an attached private bathroom, and the updated guest room has a queen-sized bed with peaceful coastal botanical decor offering a tranquil atmosphere to ensure a comfy & relaxing space to rest anytime, day or night! The guest room also features a flexible workspace with a folding desk for your convenience, making it easy to catch up on work or enjoy a quiet moment. The folding desk can be easily stored in the closet when not in use. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. You will want to return time and time again to Shore Bird Sanctuary!

You will fall in love with the world's most absolutely beautiful sugar-white sand beaches and the infamous emerald sea! Enjoy free beach access only 1.2 miles away at Dune Allen public beach, or visit Florida’s popular Topsail Hill Preserve State Park located adjacent to the condo, a mere hop, skip, and a jump away — only .09 miles away. Take advantage of the park’s free tram to the beach from their main parking lot! Venture out onto the most notable 30A bike/walking path to take in the local sights, with direct trail access from your front door! The trail leads to Santa Rosa’s popular Gulf Place and also countless restaurants, shops, beach accesses, nature trails, coastal dune lakes, wildlife and more. You will find plenty of beach access points along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis — you'll find it all right here.
This condo is 2.2 miles from the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. The much-loved, laid-back Gulf Place Town Center is 2.6 miles away. It's a 10-minute drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall or 6 minutes to Grand Boulevard Town Center’s many shopping and dining options.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. We had a hard time getting the door code to work and had a hard time getting in touch with them immediately. But we got in after 10 or so minutes. Everything else was great. We loved the free bikes and the meal card. Nice quiet location with a nature preserve nearby.- Posted: 3/27/2024

We had a great stay and loved that the beach was so close. The pictures show that you have a beach view, but we did not. It was the perfect spot to be able to hit Destin one day, PCB another, and Santa Rosa beach another day.- Posted: 5/28/2023

As you can see, the condo is not advertised as beach view. Additionally, please note the accurate details included in the description state the nearest beach access is 1.9 miles to the left on 30A and .09 miles to the right. Again, we’re sorry you anticipated a beach view despite there being no reference to a beach view in our description. Otherwise, we’re happy to hear you had a great stay! Great stay, the condo was the one of the airbnb's that I stayed which I liked the most.Kids also enjoyed staying.

Great place to stay! Nice condo, quiet area, about a mile to the beach. Pool was nice. Only issue we had was when we first got there, I couldn’t figure out how to work the keypad to get in, and I called their number, and it took about 15 minutes of waiting on hold before I spoke to someone that could help. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one trash bag in the trash can, so we had to buy extra. Would’ve been nice if those extras were provided.- Posted: 7/17/2021

We loved our stay here! The location is fabulous and the beach just down the street is perfect. It was a little hard to find the dumpster for the trash because there’s only one for the entire complex.
Parking was easy, the complex was quiet and we loved the space.
My only complaint is that for a 5 night stay only 1 of everything (paper towels, trash bag, toilet paper) was provided and that’s just not enough.- Posted: 5/24/2021

Totally worth it
This place was great. Beds were comfortable, place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the beach was less than 5 mins away. Even the neighbors were super friendly and helpful??- Posted: 4/11/2021

Great stay
We enjoyed our stay at this rental property! It was very clean and quiet and well equipped for everything we needed! Great location between Destin and some of the smaller little towns on 30 A. It is about a mile or so to the public beach parking, but was a very quick drive and had no trouble parking! Would highly recommend the property.- Posted: 4/6/2021

It was a pretty nice place very clean. Exactly like the pictures. We arrived at night so it was kinda hard to find at first but when we did everything else was a breeze. They are very quick with responding to your needs. My little family enjoyed a few nights stay. I recommend this place for a immediate family getaway.- Posted: 4/5/2021

We were looking for a place away from the crowd to be able to keep social distance at the beach. Would obviously prefer a house but nothing was available in our price range 2 weeks before our vacation. This place is situated in not very populated area between two state parks so we decided to give it a try. We were totally happy with our decision. The complex is new, each building has 4 units so we did not experience any crowds there (we did not use the pool area so can’t comment on that), the unit is nicely decorated. It is 1 mile from nearest public beach; the parking lot at the beach is small but if you are an early bird you should be fine (you can also safely bike there, walking would take 25 min or so). The beach area is not crowded at all.

We’d stay again
Property was very clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen was very nicely equipped. There were plenty of towels and linens available. The unit is located close to the pool at the back of the property. We never heard any noise from others.- Posted: 6/25/2020
