From the moment you arrive at Villa Tuscana, you will start a new vacation tradition of a lifetime! This magnificent, 2800sqft beach home is just off Scenic Gulf Drive in the prestigious St. Tropez community. Villa Tuscana is a 4BR, 3.5BA Mediterranean-style house, complete with a custom gourmet kitchen, hardwood and tile flooring, elegant furnishings, and a luxurious custom spiral staircase. You’ll have stunning Gulf Views from the 3rd floor, as well as spacious brick balconies on both the 2nd and 3rd levels. You'll find a Jack N Jill bathroom on the first floor that connects to a King Guest Bedroom and a Bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk bed plus a queen trundle. On the second floor, you will find another guest bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath, as well as the living room, dining room and kitchen. Further up to the third floor, there is a king master suite boasting elegant tray ceilings and balcony access. The ensuite bathroom is highlighted by an oversized walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. That's 3 king bedrooms, all with an attached bathroom and each on separate floors for more privacy. You will love the convenience of having an outdoor shower at home and being a 3-minute walk across the street to the shared gated beach access. St. Tropez is an upscale, gated community in the heart of Miramar Beach on Scenic Gulf Drive. Featuring weathered cobblestone streets and pathways throughout, this gated community provides a peaceful environment of Old World charm and elegance. Within St. Tropez is a central oasis with a 2400sqft lagoon pool, a large hot tub, and bathrooms surrounded by lush tropical nature. St. Tropez is under a mile in either direction to Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Seascape Golf Resort, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Villa Tuscana is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops, Fishbowl Bowling and AMC Movie Theaters..
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater. Grand Boulevard is also home to a weekly saturday farmer's market and Emerald Coast Theater Company for live entertainment.
The South Walton Artificial Reef Association (SWARA) has deployed four of their 16 different sites in this area. The closest being the Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017 and comprised of 79 individual EcoSystem Reefs just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's, 1.9 miles from this home). It is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the four snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Check out the other three reefs in our area: Seahorse Reef at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, Turtle Reef at Grayton Beach State Park and Grouper Reef at Inlet Beach. Enjoy!

Great location, beautiful neighborhood + property, and a really enjoyable space! Host was super responsive.
We loved how convenient this was for beach access, enjoyed the pool area and hot tub, and were grateful for bathrooms for each family. Stayed here with two families with young kids as well as grandparents, and all found there to be plenty of space for everyone's different schedules. Utilized the pack n play and rollaway beds, which was helpful with kids. Large closets, clean bathrooms. Loved the balconies.
Only thing worth mentioning, which might be typical of homes here, but we didn't realize - kitchen + living room are on 2nd floor. We had anticipated a great grandparent being able to come for a daytime visit here, but because of the stairs up to the living space weren't able to do that. Spent time by the lovely pool instead, so it didn't matter too much, but it wasn't in the description, and I hadn't take a close enough look at the photos!- Posted: 3/9/2025

Excellent
My stay in the house was excellent! The area were the house is located is calm and relaxing unlike other houses which seem packed with people. I loved how the view from the balcony’s looked and how the kids reacted to it. My children loved the house and were left jaw dropped when they saw the size and the different amount of unique details the house contained. In addition the location from the house to the beach and other restaurants is perfect. It’s not to far neither to close. It helped a ton going out to relax while the house was a few minutes away. Our Family! Party of 11!!
The house is beautiful! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids under 14 years of age. Very clean, linens are nice. Bathrooms are large and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed thru the week. A phenomenal home with both security and privacy removing any kind of anxiety regarding your personal items, vehicle, etc. incredible views of the ocean, surrounded by Palm Trees and very easy access to the “community pool”… which is much more of a private pool area for the location. Great restaurants, great church in walking distance, and the ocean is such an easy walk across the street with private access to an absolute beautiful beach area. The house was beautiful, clean, and we loved the little village it was in. The hosts are very responsive. I’d definitely stay there again. Just make sure to bring extra trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, seasonings, things like that. They will send you what they don’t have so you can bring it if needed..- Posted: 9/10/2023

Stay here! You won't be disappointed
Great location, right across the street from the beach. When you need groceries there's a Winn Dixie within walking distance (about 4 min) walmart is about 15 minutes away. Plenty of places to each nearby and a outlet mall about 2 minutes away if you wanna shop and we did. The house is absolutely beautiful and it had everything we needed for our stay. You will need to bring more toilet paper and paper towels, but that's to be expected. You could really fit more people in here then listed if you had to. Miramar Beach Family Spring Break
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at St. Tropez. Upon checking in to the house, we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome note and new boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart. We had inquired about these items after booking, but didn’t expect that they would be made available. Very nice surprise! The house was conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute drive or less to many restaurants, stores, and local area attractions. It was great having a community pool and hot tub to enjoy as well. Would have preferred a heated pool, but the kids didn’t mind it. The house was very spacious, had good views of the gulf from the 3rd floor balcony, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the dishware and cookware needed. This was our first trip to the Emerald Coast and would definitely like to make this an annual family trip. Would highly recommend this house and would certainly stay there again.- Posted: 3/29/2021

Annual Girls Trip
Our group of 8 had an amazing time in this beautiful property! Three stories of a beautifully decorated home with a grand stairwell that was even more beautiful in person. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The villa Tuscana house was perfect for our family! And the location was amazing. We would’ve definitely loved more kitchen supplies/ spices and such and some extra toilet paper, as we stayed for a week and only had 1 roll per restroom.
