The condo is exactly as pictured. Beautiful inside and out. Oceanfront views are gorgeous! Our family of 5 had lots of room and everything was immaculately clean and maintained. You can easily contact the host with just a simple question. A beautiful pool area and just steps onto the white sand beaches. We hope to continue to return year after year to this beautiful place. This is a beautiful place to stay. It is exactly as pictured. Oceanfront, spacious, clean condo with beautiful views. Lovely property with a large pool right outside the condo and the white sand beaches are just a few steps from your door. Our family of 5 were very comfortable with lots of room for everyone. Enjoyed gorgeous sunrises and sunsets right from our patio. We definitely recommend this host and condo.

Very beautiful and relaxing. Loved the convenience of the walk out patio to the pool and the beach. Sunsets. Would recommend this place to others. Well worth the money spent.

This condo was a beautiful place to stay for the week and the location on the first floor was especially nice with small children. I think it was a great value for what we paid.
One thing I think other renters should know is that it’s not especially well stocked. We had to buy everything from salt and pepper to coffee filters. No basics included. But not a deal breaker.

I really liked that the unit was on the first floor. Very comfortable beds. And the unit was very clean. Master bedroom could use new carpeting. It's very stained up.

Nice location and Clean Place. Could use newer towels and add more beach equipment. The bands provided for using swim pool were impossible to take off and reuse.

We had the best week ever at this Panama City location. The ground floor location was perfect for our family as we were traveling with a 1 year old. Any issue we had real joy responded promptly. The issues were minor and the stay was more than enjoyable.

This condo was absolutely perfect! We have vacayed in PCB for years and never returned to the same condo twice. This is a condo we’d absolutely return to! It’s the next best thing to staying in a beach front beach house! If I had a “wish list” of things they would upgrade would be this; the outdoor furniture, one wicker couch and the matching table are in very poor condition as well as the other 2 little tables outside. That said, it didn’t have a huge impact on the quality of our stay. Next, that they had an iron. There is an ironing board but we could not find an iron and bought an inexpensive. Last would be softer pillows. The ones in the guest bedroom are pretty unforgiving with their comfort level. Other than those incidental things (not even true issues) the stay was AMAZING!!

while I left a good review, I have address something that has to do with the management company. I’m so sick of getting spam emails. The property is managed by RealJoy and they continue to send me emails a few times a week trying to sell me property etc long after my stay has ended. I’m in shock that VRBO would even allow this. If you’re the property owner and reading this please reach out to them and ask them not to do this. They should be working for their client not abusing the system by spamming people that stay there.

The ground floor location is perfect for a family with children. Literally out the gated patio (with a magnetic lock my kids could not reach) to the pool and then down the deck to the beach. Convenient for breaks in the day not having to track back up stairs or an elevator. The condo was clean and met our standards. Plenty of pots and pans but bring your own spatula/pancake flipper and non-stick spray! Would stay again!

I couldn’t even believe how beautiful the view was from the patio area. Being able to walk out the patio doors to the pool and beach was a dream. We even saw some dolphins from the patio early in the morning. They have everything you could need to cook all week and are near several restaurants. We will definitely be booking again the next time we visit PCB!

Everything was ideal with the condo starting with the first floor walk-out, amazing view of beach and ocean plus the spaciousness, nice furnishings and finishes! It was just as pictured and such a fun place to stay--will definitely rent this unit again if it's available!

The condo unit itself was great. We had a few minor issues tho. We seen several roaches inside the unit. It could use a deep clean as baseboards, ceiling fans, front of cabinets, etc were really dirty. The cookware could use an updating to nonstick (haha or my hubby needs to learn to cook). Air in bedrooms was very warm but living areas stayed cool. Location was great! Just steps to the beach. The main condo complex could really use a good pressure washing and clean up. There was an awful smell that was in the breezeway and we constantly had water standing at the units front door causing a mess all over the floor when we would come in and out. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if the roach problem can be taken care.

Not the first time I have rented a condo through Real Joy but by far the best condo I've ever booked. The first floor is very accommodating. Only sharing front porch space with condo on the left & they had 2 small dogs we didn't mind. The condo was decorated with much more thought than others I've seen. It actually looked like someone's home! Felt safe with a Ring doorbell & a keypad. The property wasn't gated but one night my husband forgot to roll his window up in his truck & everything was right where he left it. Kids enjoyed the pool, kid pool, and hot tub and the beach was steps away with a foot wash & shower to rinse off afterward. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding, clean accommodations for your next family vacation. The ground floor location was extremely convenient to the pool area and beach. You can look at the ocean while preparing your meals in the kitchen. The patio was spacious and served as extended living space. We will definitely return!

We had an awesome stay here. Everything was clean and in order. Beds and sofas were very comfortable. The days of our stay were a little cooler so we had to stay in for the most part because of our little boys, but the condo was perfect to be cooped up in. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy the amazing view of the beach.

This location cannot be beat!! We loved the stay in the condo there was mostly everything we needed except beach gear. There are no beach towels or chairs so if you are flying in that isn’t convenient. The condo was nice some flaws but nothing that ruined the fact you are so close to beach. It was pretty quiet and laid back until Saturday it got busy it’s located in the quiet part of PCB which was wonderful. Adequate kitchen items the location of the grills were weird in the far corner of the parking lot beds were comfy too. I would definitely stay here again.
