Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.
Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes, and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!
Ariel Dunes I offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Me and my fiancé had a lovely stay at the Ariel Dunes I 1905! The condo was very clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The views are absolutely gorgeous and the RealJoy staff was a pleasure to work with. They were super helpful throughout the booking process as well as answering any questions we had during our stay. The unit itself was great, no complaints. Easy walking distance to beach. However, when the elevators are busy they take FOREVER. I could see how six people would fit, but it would be tight. It's a single bedroom with added bunks and a sleeper sofa. Great for a couple or maybe a couple+2, but more would probably be too much. Very clean. A minor annoyance is that the microwave display is malfunctioning, it can still be used and it's not worth taking away from the rating. It's expensive, so we'd probably return during a different season.- Posted: 7/24/2024

We absolutely loved this condo! We wished it was right on the beach but it’s not a far walk at all!! It was even more beautiful than the photos listed we loved our stay and the kids absolutely loved the pool! The restaurant in the hotel was good also and decently priced- Posted: 6/16/2024

This is our 4th time staying in the seascape area this was easily top two places we’ve stayed only because of the walk to the beach but the pools are the best out of any of the condos surrounding in my opinion. We had a blast and it’s relatively close to everything- Posted: 5/31/2024

Great, cozy place to stay. Big comfy bed and a great view of the beach. Very clean! Great communication from the RealJoy staff, they checked on us early and often to make sure we were doing ok.
We wanted to stay here at The SeaScape resort because of the music festivals that they put on in the spring and summer. It was so awesome to stay so close to the concert venue. Once the concert was done for the night, you just go up the elevator and you’re home with no driving! Super convenient.
It’s very quiet and easy to sleep at night, but be warned there was constant construction noise going on during the day. It seems that happens a lot in Florida though, and there’s nothing RealJoy can really do about that. Still a great stay!- Posted: 5/6/2024

It was a perfect stay for our family. The beach was right across the street from the condo, an easy ride down from the 19th floor and 5 minute walk to the beach access. The communication was super fast and friendly via messaging. Someone at RealJoy was quick to answer and resolve our questions from the initial inquiries during the booking to the last day of our stay. The parking pass was not in the condo at arrival, but it was taken care of right away with a delivery of the parking passes to the condo the next day.
The grocery stores were short drives so we could utilize the full kitchen for meals although we went out for most dinners at local restaurants nearby. Our family would definitely book again for this pretty condo and great location on the gorgeous beach!- Posted: 3/15/2024
