Everything was as published, beach was right across the street, all the instructions were clear and everything was clean inside the apartment, the pool is not huge but it was nice and the hot tub was very nice and clean, good schedule until 10pm. I have no complaints at all and everything you need from restaurants, groceries stores, outlet, etc. Is all nearby,

When looking online it is hard to see exactly how far it is from the beach. We were in building E and literally it was one short block walk across street to beach. Nice pool, loved that it was heated since the weather can be iffy in March.

Really awesome place to stay!!
The apartment was SUPER clean with plenty of room for my family of four.
The beach was just across the street! Easy access. With no complications.
Good restaurants all within a 2mile radius.
No, it’s not the most aesthetically appealing, but it’s super comfy! Your main view is an apartment complex parking lot.
The pool is nice but small, kids enjoyed it.
Overall, great stay!

We’ve stayed at this complex many times before in Destin because we love its location with beach access across the street. This unit was smaller than others we’ve been to but we also had less people than before. Only small issue was that internet speed was not great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s plenty close to the beach and was just as advertised. RealJoy did a great job with a couple minor needs we had. Great location and was very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend this unit!!

Wonderful place to stay! Everything was immaculate and so clean. Loved all the amenities close by and the location. We brought 2 cars and host was super quick to respond to the best place to park our 2nd car. Host was so helpful and quick to respond to any question we had. Wonderful stay!

This condo was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had trouble getting the door to open at first but we were able to call and speak to someone that helped and had no more trouble with it. We loved being able to walk to the beach in about 5 minutes but from the pictures we thought we would be facing the street and the beach from the balcony but this building was in the back (north) of the property and the balcony is on the back/ north side of the building away from the beach. We were very appreciative that a property manager came out and helped us get the FSU football game on TV because the remotes and channels were hard to figure out. Jonelle was very helpful on the phone. We wish we could have gotten in at 3 instead of 4 pm and check out at 10 am is pretty early but worked out.

Only problem i had was getting inside when we first arrived. The owners were very responsive and sent someone over quickly. Great location and very clean! Booked last minute and im glad this place was available. Not exactly oceanfront but the beach is literally located across the street! Not a far distance at all. The area felt self and the condo is within a gated area. I would recommend.

We didn’t know that you don’t necessarily need to check in, just have to log into their website with your email and date of arrival and they give you your door code. But it was very clean, no roaches, great location! We had a blast!

There is no beach gear provided so bring your own. There is an elevator with carts we didn’t find until we left. Pillows weren’t great so if you are picky bring your own. If you plan to cook bring dish washer pods there is only 2 provided. Other than that a great place overall. If you don’t like a gated community co do DO NOT STAY HERE. There is someone standing at the gate from 9am -11pm everyday kind of got annoying :)

Nice and cozy two bedroom condo with all the amenities. Owner even left convenient cooking and baking supplies to enjoy our Thanksgiving away from home! Great location and ease of access to the beach made this a wonderful place to stay.

This place is just as pictured roomy and beautiful...great
location for us to walk to the beach...provides plenty of blanketsand pillows for everyone... pull out sofa was not working....but they had it noted...we slept welll ..dispite the noise from upstairs unit...very clean....The place is close to a grocery store (we drove) ..souvenir shop which we walked to ....loved it we will book again...

The space was stylish and clean and had what we needed (all typical of a rental). The pool was heated and full of kids for my children to play with. The weather wasn’t great, so the heated pool was a lifesaver. Close to restaurants, shops, and grocery and an easy walk to the beach.

The place was the perfect location! The house was very clean & had everything we needed. I wish there were some additional towels or linen for our use. Beach chairs would have been nice to be able to use during our stay also. Would definitely recommend & will be returning here!
