This is a beautiful location to stay for a vacation. The views are amazing. Access to the beach is perfect. Also very walkable to shops and restaurants. The condo is large and comfortable.

We have stayed at Aqua before, and it was terrific. This time was no exception. It was so easy to get to shopping, food, and entertainment. The unit was great, and it made our stay like home for a few weeks. We are very thankful and highly recommend this unit and Aqua.

The condo at Aqua was just as described online and was perfect for our family vacation! The condo was clean and had a great view of the beautiful beach. It was near Pier park for a little shopping and eating at some great restaurants. The check in and check out instructions were communicated and easy to follow. The only cons were a couple plugs not working, the balcony was smaller than some places we have stayed, and you are only allowed 2 cars for parking. The parking is the same at many places though and makes it a little hard if vacationing with adult kids that have to make the drive at different times due to work schedules. Overall we had a great stay for our family vacation and look forward to staying again.

We enjoyed our stay! When we arrived we noticed the thermostat needed batteries and messaged our hosts. They were very responsive and the property manager stopped by first thing in the morning to replace the batteries.

We got in with no problems, basically only had to drive to get supplies for room, so much within easy walking distance. I felt safe throughout trip and resort is very freindly and guests were all neighborly. Leaving was simple. Missed a hurricane, weather was great, yellow and red flags, some jellyfish were present. We will be back.

The location of the property was great! We also didn’t have any trouble getting in and out of parking garage. The only thing we didn’t like were the beds.

I enjoyed the view and the amenities within and near the hotel. It is very close to Pier park and neighboring restaurants and shopping. The furniture in the unit was very worn, and needed to be replaced. The unit itself could have been cleaner along with the sheets and towels.

Very nice, very clean, beds were comfortable.
Didn't care for karaoke bar across the street at bedtime. But thats nothing on the host part.
The host checked on us often by messages.
My emails didn't come through until I was back into Georgia. Again thats nothing on host

I really enjoyed that the property was as clean as it was. and that it was very comfortable with a bigger family the only thing that was a little frustrating at times was trying to get out of the parking garage onto the strip due to traffic.

The stay was great! The beds were okay, sunk in and kind of hard. But was a place to sleep. Check in was fine. Call security before you get there. The code that is sent to your for the gate code, pool, and fitness access was incorrect for us. When I called security like it says to before you arrive, they gave us the correct information. All in all it was a good stay. The view is absolutely breathtaking!

This was our first family vacation at the beach. We loved our stay; everything was nice and clean when we arrived. The RealJoy representatives on the phone were very polite and understanding when we had questions about our stay. The resort is well managed by the staff and everything was constantly cleaned.

Very clean! The beds were comfortable. We loved the view. Our stay was wonderful! We would definitely go back. The restaurant across the street was very loud, so it was a little noisy. The couch was worn and could use some more padding.

Due to Covid there was no breakfast that Iwas aware of . The location on the beach was perfect . I wish we could have had the beach chairs included . We loved it . Location to everything in Panama City was spot on right where it needed to be we didn’t have to go far for anything. The only thing that was problematic was the elevator at times there is only one elevator working for all the floors that we had to go up other than that the state was amazing I absolutely loved it

We picked this property for it's location to Pier Park as we decided to do a last minute fly in trip. We loved being able to walk to the restaurants, shops and even Walmart for groceries. The pools were great and the beach was even better! The staff keeps the grounds clean and tidy! This unit worked perfect for our "girls trip" We had plenty of room, a great view off the balcony and everything was nice and clean and tidy and plenty of towels and dishes! This is a unit we would definitely re-book for our next trip!
