Welcome to Aqua Resort 2103 in beautiful Panama City Beach! This beachfront 3 bed/3 bath unit boasts an open concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 master bedrooms, and multiple flat-screen TVs. The main master suite has a king-size bed, an attached bathroom, and a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony! There are two twin beds in the 2nd master suite with an ensuite bathroom. The guest room provides another king bed, beach views, and balcony access. For extra sleeping room, there is a comfy queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. This lovely Panama City Beach unit sleeps 8 guests comfortably! This unit also has a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Great Beachfront Condo
The property was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect beachfront property for our Florida vacation. It offered breathtaking views of the beach and sunsets. Getaway With Friends
My friends and I booked this trip looking for a condo that was beachfront, had enough rooms for us and was clean. This property fit all of the boxes. The owner also checked in on us several times asking if there was anything that was needed. Beautiful view and very quiet for a beachfront condo. Unit is convenient to the elevator but not so close you hear people. Elevators are quick. We visited in the peak of summer and never waited more than a few minutes for an elevator. The lobby was closed the entire stay, so finding things was a bit confusing until we explored the resort. Beach chair rental is contracted through one company so unless you bring your own, you have to rent through them. Wifi was great. Master bedroom shower definitely needs updating but the other 2 are great. Overall great stay- Posted: 6/16/2024

All was as pictured and the customer service was amazing. Had some problems with parking apparently there is some glitch in the system but it was very quickly taken care of by security. It is a great location with many things in walking distance, if you can tolerate the heat. Getting out to drive was a little challenging, as traffic would get backed up. The amenities offered were great, the pool nor the beach was ever overly packed. We only had 2 minor issues that were immediately resolved. Real Joy is very responsive in an amazing timely manner! This bar far was the best Airbnb I have stayed at. The pictures of the place are beautiful, but not compared to when you walk inside. It is a lot bigger in person. Great view of the ocean as well. Very clean, and we’re provided with everything we needed. Will definitely be back!- Posted: 5/14/2023
