Aqua Resort 306 - Change of Pace

We were very happy with how clean and well appointed our condo was! We had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was exceptional - roomy, comfortable, and oh, that view! There was a small issue with the washing machine, which was addressed in short order. The in-building parking was very nice, albeit a bit tight. The pool and hot tub were clean and convenient. With 3 elevators, we rarely had to wait. The beach access was super convenient. We’d definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay with the kids. Pools and beach access were perfect. Sky bridge to walk over for parking is super convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful, constantly cleaning the grounds all throughout the day. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful gulf front condo. Perfectly fit our needs. Everything was clean and very nice especially the owner's suite bathroom! Wow! We loved the balcony and watching the sunsets. This condo is also conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The location is unmatched! Right on the beach with miraculous views! Cozy, yet stylish condo. Perfect getaway for family fun. The only issue was the security at the resort...they kept bothering myltiple guests over minor things at night, but would definitely go back.

Villa was pleasant and clean but did not have blinds in the living room we didn’t like the entire beach to be able to see into the living room. Also codes where confusing ie we received them but none worked. When we asked the front desk they said we didn’t rent from them so we needed to call y’all. Stay was not what I expected for the amount of money we paid. There was lots of loud partying into the night with people screaming.

One thing that was not great… was the outdoor showers were half broken…& TONS of sand cockroach’s by the outdoor showers. & under the umbrellas on the patio by the pool.

Loved the location and the check in process was a breeze. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Only one, small suggestion. The ceiling fan in the living room REALLY needs replaced. Everything else was clean and modern, but the poor, wobbly ceiling fan could use a $100 upgrade…in my humble opinion. :-) Oh, and the master bed (king), seemed to have queen sized (or too small) sheets on it. They came off every night and we kept getting tangled up in them while we slept. Nothing is ever perfect, but this one was pretty close! We will be back. Thanks for allowing us to visit your property!

The condo was in a great location with a wonderful view of the ocean. Chair service was nice since we did not have to carry as many things down to the beach. The shower was amazing! Cons: the beds have a couple spots that sink in. The were multiple places with conflicting information regarding the thermostat settings. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to book again sometime in the future.

Convenient location. Close to restaurants & entertainment. Easy walk to Pier Park. No ice maker or ice trays, would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have picked up ice. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Aqua. The location was perfect, the beach with chair service was fantastic, the pools and deck were nicely maintained. We were able to walk to several great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. Parking was convenient and safe. The condo location on the 3rd floor, the same floor as the walkway to the parking garage was very convenient. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The master shower was amazing. The only critique I have is that the unit could use a little more of a “deep” clean and the rug in the living area needs to be replaced. Otherwise we are very happy with our stay!

We just LOVED this condo. It was just perfect, super convenient to everything that we needed. Parking deck/walkway is on the same level as the condo, the condo was close, but not too close, to the elevator that takes you to the pool. The pools were beautiful, easy access to the beach, plus there are 2 beach chairs with an umbrella already assigned to the condo, which was a nice surprise! There were tons of bath towels provided which was great, very clean condo and included everything you'd need. I loved that it was so close to Pier Park. We didn't need our car even once while we were here, within walking distance to literally everything you'd need. Loved loved loved it. We will definitely be back!

We had a great long weekend getaway. The room was very clean. Check in was smooth, and everything was as advertised. The furniture was great quality, as well, but the best part was having that large shower available after a long day on the beach. A couple of nuances. The blinds weren’t secured very well to the door going from the bedroom to the porch. We pulled them off the door the first time we went to open them. The washing machine also didn’t work for us, causing a bit of a scare, as our clothes got locked in the washer. We actually had to flip the breaker off, then back on to get the washer to unlock so we could get our clothes out. All minor issues. Overall, a great property and will definitely be back!

We were there for only 2 nights so we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities, but the room was amazing! Very clean with a wonderful view. The outdoor pool was too cool to swim in but my kids did swim in the heated indoor pool. Having the beach service with the chairs was an added plus!

We have stayed at Aqua before but this unit was great. Being located on the third floor makes it even better. Walk straight from the parking garage to the unit and no elevator lines! Will definitely stay here again. Oh and the master shower, amazing!!

The place is as nice as pictured. A lovely home away from home. The location is perfect. You can walk down to Pier Park or the fishing pier. There are several nice eating places within walking distance as well. There is a Walmart and Target about a mile away.
The condo is so nice with everything you need for a nice stay. The view is absolutely amazing. We are hoping to book the same condo for our trip next year. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

This property was just as listed. It exceeded my expectations with how clean it was! Very well decorated, comfortable bed, and the shower just has to be seen to understand how amazing it is! I want this master shower in my house. Great after a long day at the beach. Received emails from the Property managers with codes in timely manners. Will stay again! Great job.

Beach chair rental person was the most pleasant I’ve ever worked with. Let us have the same chairs all week n put us on the front row. As I requested. This place is spotless and perfect for a beach getaway. New appliances and kitchen equipment were a great treat because we like to cook. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the beach and pool experience was pretty much perfect. The building is large but you never feel overcrowded (even on Spring Break) like at some places. Some very minor issues at check in but once we figured out where to park, everything was super smooth. Really felt like I got my money's worth with this rental.
