From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.
Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!

Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. What a delight! Beautiful facility. Accommodations were awesome! Clean with everything you need to live comfortably. We really didn't want to leave. Communication from the team was perfect! We had a 3 br 3ba unit for 7 people it was more than enough room. The Cabana Cafe located on the premises offered live music, and good food for affordable prices. Great condo for spring break vacation with 3 kids (more than enough room). Beaches short walk away, and many activities within 25 minute drive (Gulfarium, go karts, state parks with nice hiking were a few of the things we enjoyed). Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very very clean and we felt right at home. Wonderful views of the ocean and lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. Heated pool for the cooler months.
