Ariel Dunes I 1404 is a 2BR, 2BA condo in Seascape Resort that features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from a large balcony. This beautiful unit is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, granite countertops, and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom features a queen bed, spacious closet, double sink vanity in the bathroom, and sliding glass doors that lead to the covered balcony. Ariel Dunes offers 24 stories of amazing views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of the coastline. The building is angled slightly to the west, and the sunsets are incredible! From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush Seascape Golf Course, and the sparkling Choctawhatchee Bay.
Seascape Resort encompasses over 3 hundred acres of lush greens, serene lakes, and 2000 feet of pristine white sand beach. Soak in the views of the gulf without all the traffic noise. Ariel Dunes I is set back into the resort, and is a quieter alternative, giving you a break from seasonal traffic noise but close enough for you to drink in the sights and sounds of Destin's famous beaches. Take a relaxing stroll to the beach and feel your cares melt away!
Ariel Dunes I offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, along with a 12,000sf pool featuring a zero entry, with a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays before hitting the beach. Kids will love splashing around in the mushroom fountain!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great stay from start to finish. The unit was as advertised and worked perfectly for our family of 3. The view of the ocean was gorgeous from the balcony and the walk wasn’t too far (maybe a football field and a half from the building).

Easy check in, quickly available and fast elevators, unit looked just like the pictures, description says 2 queen beds one in each bedroom, actually the master bedroom has a king bed which was a nice surprise. Also has a beach cart in the unit to use to take your beach things to the beach which was very helpful and a very short walk to beach. Great view from the big balcony. I had an amazing stay at this condo with breathtaking ocean views. The accommodations were luxurious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The balcony was my favorite spot to unwind and take in the stunning scenery. The location was fantastic with easy access to the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in the area.
