We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The views were stunning, and the short walk to the beach made it super convenient for us to enjoy the sand and ocean. You can rent chairs & umbrellas through the LDV company. One of the outdoor pools was heated, which was perfect for relaxing. Although two of the elevators were out of order, the wait time for the others was very manageable, so it wasn't an issue for us. We’ll definitely be back! One small suggestion would be to provide more pillows on the beds, there was only 1 pillow per person. There were extra pillows in the closet, but they didn’t have linens. Overall, a fantastic place! Highly recommend.

This condo is very nice and it looked just like the photos! We enjoyed our stay. All instructions were very clear and we had no issues during our stay. We loved having extra beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) included and the views were incredible!

The PH was absolutely immaculate! Beautiful place to stay with gorgeous views. Plenty of room for 8 people. The renters were easy to work with, we needed a few extra blankets and they had them delivered within an hour.
Pool bracelets were provided, easy access into property. Very efficient check in and check out.
Straight walk to public beach access from the pool. Was very impressed with location. Downtown Destin is always super packed so I feel like staying in Miramar was a little quieter and less traffic especially in the evening which I enjoyed!

We loved our stay! Beautiful condo, great location, and stunning views! Easy access to the beach. There were several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cart available in the room. We rented a golf cart from the cafe downstairs and were able to get to the grocery store, gas stations, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Would highly recommend!

THE view! Absolutely stunning! The place was nice and spacious, and the location was great. A couple of things as FYIs: I have stayed at other AirBNBs where extra stuff left was kept for the next guest and I feel like that works out well enough. When they say no condiments or anything, literally not even salt and pepper. Everything I purchased that wasn’t quickly perishable I wish I could have left for the next guest to utilize but I had to take home or throw away. (Some water bottles, seasonings, ketchup, juice boxes, dish soap, laundry soap…). The ARE some beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon and a smaller umbrella to use! I specifically asked RealJoy and they said no, but they ARE there. Walk to the beach takes about 4-5 mins. Beds weren’t bad. The pullout was rough though. No cleaning products if a mess happens. Not even some left over spray to wipe down the countertops after meals (we used dish soap).
Overall: Would stay again!!

I would recommend for you guys to change the mattresses out. The couple who slept in those beds said they didn't get good sleep due to the mattress being worn out, squeaky, & uncomfortable. This penthouse unit was lovely. The balcony was huge and perfect for a large party with lots of high quality patio furniture. The patio was shaded in the afternoon & evening. The layout of the condo was great-large closets, large bathrooms and overall very spacious. The view of the ocean is incredible. This condo is close to the outlet mall, tons of restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. The pickleball courts were our favorite and the pools were great.

Amazing stay here! Condo in person was better than the pictures- updated tvs in all rooms which is a huge plus and breathtaking views. Extremely clean, great location from beach, super responsive customer service, and accommodated my big family very well. Would totally recommend and would totally stay again!!

The location of the condo was great! The beach was just a short walk across the street. Love that there were 4 elevators so the wait was never too long except on check out day when everyone was leaving at the same time. Just like the other reviews, the views were beautiful. The home was clean and you can tell they did a proper job as there was no dust. Aside from the furniture being outdated and could use a new rug in the living room, this was a great rental for a quick getaway. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing property! We absolutely loved it, from check-in to the day we checked out. It was easy to enter using a PIN code, and communication was terrific. There are TWO gorgeous balconies with incredible ocean views. There was plenty of room to spread out and have friends come to visit. There’s a large table for dining inside and another large table on the corner balcony outside. You walk down the sidewalk to the ocean, and the sand is white, soft, and wonderful under the feet. One of the pools is heated in the off season. Great restaurants are close by, but we cooked most of our meals in the well appointed kitchen. The only recommendation we have is to make recycling available for plastic, aluminum cans, bottles, etc. Can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend.

The place was great and the views were amazing. It was pretty foggy during our stay but it still was good. The only con that i would mention is the 2 full beds in the third bedroom were very squeaky and not very comfortable. But everything else was great.

This was a fantastic condo! Everything was nice and clean. All instructions were easy to follow. The condo had plenty of space, towels, and of course a breathtaking view!!! The host were great as well. They checked in on us throughout this it stay. We reported that workers we working on the roof prior to 8am and they took care of it right way!! Someone even called the follow day to make sure it had been addressed. They even were so kind to get us 175 back because of the disturbance!!! (Still waiting on that but I do appreciate it) Definitely 10 out of 10 recommend staying here.
The property also has a great cafe with delicious food on the the first floor and a on site golf cart rental!! We will never stay in Destin without a golf cart AGAIN!!

The place was pretty maintained and clean and the views were breathtaking. The patio at that height with the sea view was the cherry on the cake. It also made star gazing mesmerizing at night, you might even catch a falling star with that view. Definitely on the list of palaces to stay when in Destin.

The condo was perfect for our stay there with friends. All three bedrooms had very comfortable beds and each had their own bath. The patio was a wonderful space to view the gorgeous beaches. Unfortunately it was very windy while we were there and there was an issue with bugs on the patio late afternoon to evening. So we didn’t get to use it near as much as we had hoped. There were beach chairs available for us to use, along with a beach wagon which was very nice. However we were disappointed that the rules for the private beach do not allow you to use sunshades. We have never stayed anywhere before where they were forbidden. So unfortunately we couldn’t spend as much time on the beach as we would’ve liked without Shade. Also the heated pool was very cold for March. Hardly anyone was in the pool during our stay. But had it been warm enough, the pools are large and would be a lovely place to hang out if you were tired of the beach. They do a rule that you can not play any music out loud at the pool which was also a surprise. I would recommend looking up all the rules online for the resort and their beaches before booking. The kitchen was well equipped and the owners/managers were very responsive to our questions throughout the week. The condo could use more seating in the living room since it sleeps 8 and there is only seating for 5. We also missed the footstools that were pictured in the listing but are no longer in the condo. A few extra blankets and pillows would have been nice also. But over all I give it 5 starts and would highly recommend both the Miramar Beach area and this ReaLJoy condo. It is lovely!

I don’t even know where to begin! The pictures on the website do no justice for how amazing this property is. We loved having meals out on the private balcony and the views were incredible. We loved that we could go to bed early and the rest of the family could stay up and we couldn’t hear them through the walls. The owners left us a sweet gift for Christmas and New Years. If you get a chance to stay here DO IT!

I loved my stay. It was super clean . Had plenty towels. It felt new. Walking distance from the beach. My only con would be the dryer not drying on the first round. It probably needs its ducts cleaned. I would definitely stay again. I would recommend.

Stayed with our family of 5. Great location and view. Condo was clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach. Beach chairs and wagon were available for use, just had to carry it. Beach service was available to rent if you didn’t want to haul everything. Only recommendation is to rent chairs, in advance for your entire stay versus beating the crowd daily to rent. Great family time. Will rent again!

Wonderful space with an unbeatable view! We saw tons of dolphins and even though it rained the majority of our trip, we loved the space. It was super relaxing, kitchen was well equipped for making all of our meals, and just a short walk to the beach. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Epic vacation place. As pictures state. I encourage you to rent. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. However, plates, bowls plastic and 4 only. Zero wine glasses. Plastic. Super disappointing. They should purchase something better and soon. Aside from that. Perfect vacation spot.

Not a speck of sand when we arrived. They had literally anything you thought you may need!
Also look in all the closets you’ll find a vacuum, there’s a beach shelter in the double room. And on the patio they have chairs and beach equipment!
