N/AWe cooked breakfast in our room. The utensils were appropriate for our stay. I would have loved to take the wrist bands home as a keepsake from our trip. It would have been nice to add to the children's scrapbook.

Excellent, super spacious apartment, beautiful rooms and beautiful view. The condo is great and the pools are perfect and there is quick access to the beach.

The condo was very spacious enough for our family of 6. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. There are technically three pools to choose from so even when it’s crowded there is enough space from everyone. The condo felt very home like.

The condo was very open and comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom. The walk to the beach is a little longer than mentioned. The steps to walk up to the road are falling apart. The condo was beautiful the issues we had with customer service were mainly timeliness. We arrived and did not have a skillet to prepare food. I emailed right away and it took 2 days to get a skillet. Our Keurig stopped working and it took 2 emails and a phone call to get a new one. after the inspector had been here to look at.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ariel Dunes II 801. The condo was super spacious for two couples and small children. Everything was as listed. The location is perfect with gulf views. There are plenty of restaurants around. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic in this spacious and relaxing condo. We never had to contact the property management for anything- no issues to deal with makes for a true vacation! The pool access was a huge benefit due to double red flags on the beach. This condo was a great find for our family of 6. Overall, a great experience!

Great location with plenty of space for more than one family to spend time together!!! Walk to the beach or pool was a breeze!!! Restaurants close and walking distance. No problem with the condo had everything we could possibly need!!!!

Loved the location of our stay, it was a little drive to Destin but nothing ridiculous. About 15 to 20 minutes to Destin depending on traffic. The beach is so beautiful and jus a short walk from our stay. The place was very spacious, lots of room for everyone to relax and chill. The beds were not the best and the sheets were felt like they hadn't been washed. The bathrooms were clean. We would love to stay again!

This place was really nice. It had a nice view facing the pool and the beach. It was very clean. The only thing was that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable so we weren’t able to use it as a bed but they do have an air mattress. You also need to bring your own salt/pepper, oil, coffee filters, extra toilet paper and paper towels, detergent. The walk is not too far from the beach but we decided to drive there and park. They have beach chairs/umbrella to rent at the beach. It is not provided. Real Joy responded very quickly and was there to help.

Location was great. Slightly away from Destin, so less crowded. The pool on site was great and we had a corner room with a good view for the sunset.

Amazing condo, great gulf views. Literally less then five minute walk to the beach. Beach area wasn’t overly crowded either. Awesome stay and will definitely be back!!

Everything was great!!! The view was just breath taking. Condo was clean, and plenty of room for our kids to spread out and relax. Thank you so much for making my sons day so much more special with his sign, balloons, cupcakes and gift. He loved everything and definitely felt so important on his special day. Everything was great!!! Our family enjoyed the short walk to the beach as it is across the street but there is a safe path on the boardwalk straight over to the beach. We rented our beach chairs on the beach which made things convenient and less to carry. The grocery store and restaurants are within 10 mins driving distance which made things easy for our family. Great place to stay highly recommend this place. Communication was efficient as well. Thank you RealJoy for everything.

We enjoyed our stay, this home was in the exact condition as mentioned photos and deets. This home was comfy, relaxing and just right for our stay. We will be back! I did have a little issue getting in touch with someone on the company telephone listed however I picked option 2 and got through. Once I called, then I received the information about the unit number, gate key & etc.

Absolutely amazing!!! The room is beautiful and super clean and spacious, there are 3 pools, 1 of which is heated which was awesome!! Everyone in the building was so super friendly and it was super close to great restaurants, shops, the beach and every single thing your heart desires!! Super easy entry with door code which was wonderful because you don’t have to worry about accidentally losing a key lol. Great location great unit great price! I highly recommend booking here if your looking to visit the area!!

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit! Lots of room for all the kiddos and it was a nice clean condo. The pools were not as advertised - some pictured in the listing were part of the adjoining property we were not allowed in which was disappointing and felt misleading. Otherwise, very good communication and the property was clean and a short walk to the beach
