Accommodations were outstanding. Azure is a beautiful property. 2 pools each with hot tub were not crowded. Boardwalk to the beach provided quick access and an easy wagon pull for beach toys and chairs. Loved our stay!

What a great place to celebrate Thanksgiving and our adult family! A bedroom and bathroom for everyone and you’re insanely close to the beach and you the view from the balcony was gorgeous! Pools and hot tubs! Everything was clean and the condo had everything we needed. Communication was great as well as checking in and out! Highly recommend!! 10/10!

A beautifully decorated, spacious condo with a beautiful beach view! Our family of seven was extremely comfortable and looked forward to our morning balcony sits before we hit the beach. We definitely want to stay here next year…Azure 407 for the win!! ??????????

From arrival to departure we were very pleased with everything. The unloading and loading was a breeze. The condo was very large and very functional for our family of seven. The view and proximity to the beach was perfect! We hope to visit Azure 407 again next year!

I stayed at this property and found it to be exactly as described in the listing. The pictures were accurate, and the condo was extremely clean, which is something I really value when booking a vacation rental. We had a great stay overall. One small issue I encountered was with the locks on the entrance door. There was only one lock on the inside, and I felt it would be beneficial to have a safety bar installed higher up on the door, similar to what you find in hotel rooms. This was particularly concerning for me as I have a 3-year-old son who was able to open the door by himself. It made me uneasy to think that he could potentially leave the condo without close supervision. Although I admit that I'm quite vigilant as a parent, the ease with which he could open the door was worrying. Aside from this, I would definitely recommend this property to others and I am considering renting it again in the future.

Great Airbnb right on the beach! Two big pools, two hot tubs, and a splash pad for the kids. We loved that it was so easy to check in and the proximity to so many restaurants including those at the pier. The host responded to my questions promptly- for example I inquired about parking pass #.

The condo was very nice and clean. There were a couple of small issues that need to be addressed: light bulbs need changed, outlet covers need replaced, and there is a receptacle in the master bath over the half wall that needs fixed (coming out of the wall). Did not bother us due to not having small children with us but the electrical issues need addressed.

The space was beautiful, clean, and hosted our party of 6 with great privacy. The layout was perfect for 3 couples! Never had to share bathrooms!! Gorgeous balcony with ocean views for miles!
Also, Real Joy was extremely proactive and always responsive. Best Airbnb experience ever!

We had perfect weather every day, so we were able to enjoy the beachfront property a lot. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The place is well kept and is exactly as described. It is convenient to many restaurants and was only 15 minutes from the airport. There is ample parking and loading and unloading was easy. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Immediately responsive and helpful text communicating with the RealJoy representative throughout our stay! Note that this building is not part of a resort as there is no ice machine, on site bar or restaurant. Beautiful and spacious unit! And very soundproof, unless you are on the balcony. Beds and furniture were very comfortable! We had five adults and a 10 month old baby and we were very comfortable! Pools are super nice and beach access is top notch with nice walkway and two shower areas to leave the sand behind. Will return! ?

The place was updated and very clean. It was near many places to eat and not overly crowded. Beach access was easy and the pool was awesome. I cant think of anything id ask to be changed or made better at this place, truly. Well, less seafood... but that's just me! :)

Immaculate condo that was just as described! We weren’t provided the garage code in advance of our arrival and after a few flight delays, we got to our condo late, past 9pm when the rental company closed… but they still responded after hours and provided us with the information we needed. I can’t say enough great things about our stay! The cleanliness of the entire place was pristine… the pool area, the restrooms, the elevators… everything was so clean and nice. The cherry on top was the included beach service… we didn’t have to bother with carrying chairs or an umbrella to the beach, which is a huge win!
Our condo had everything we needed. The views were spectacular and the balcony that overlooks the pool and the beach was our favorite. All of the bathrooms were clean, the bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and inviting, the kitchen was fully stocked with a coffee maker and toaster oven, which is perfect for a beach vacation. We can’t wait to come back!!!!!

This condo is absolutely beautifully decorated! It had everything that we needed in the kitchen as well as plenty of blankets and towels. We loved enjoying coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins in the morning. I have nothing bad to say about this place, and I hope we get to stay here again next year! I only have two minor suggestions: the master bedroom needs a fitted sheet with deep pockets (the one that was on there was too small and kept coming off) and it would be nice to have more hooks on the walls. Thanks for letting us stay at this gorgeous condo!

Die Lage direkt am Meer war perfekt, auch wenn wir im November leider kein klassisches Strandwetter hatten!
Wir haben die Tage auf Okaloosa Island in vollen Zügen genossen und würden gerne irgendwann wiederkommen!

The pros of having this room is the 3 bathrooms; with 2 of the bathrooms being in the individual rooms and one being the commons bath made it easy for our group to get ready and not have to wait on showers or mirror space!
The space is quite cozy and has an amazing view.
The two things I would caution on is that there is a parking code and need that before entering the garage. We were not provided it up-front but after a phone call were able to get it. The other item is that there are no laundry, cleaning, or cooking supplies which makes it difficult to do meals or wanting to clean along the way.
Totally worth staying here and I have stayed at the Azure multiple times and will continue to stay there in the future.

You should have gotten an email prior to your stay letting you know that we supply a starter of kitchen and bathroom essentials so you should plan to bring these items with you or purchase them once you get here. That said, if you had let us know that the unit was missing some cookware or a broom, we would have been happy to bring these items to you. This unit truly was gulf front, well stocked, clean, and a great location on the island. We enjoyed the 2 pools and easy access to the ocean with ample showers to hose off the sand as you come off the beach. Location on the island was great to pop back over to Ft Walton Beach for groceries or restaurants or over to Destin.
