You’ll be a short walk to the beach in this charming 3BR/3BA townhome in Destin’s Beach Pointe community! Beach Pointe 101 features a spacious, 3-story floor plan with multiple balconies and a patio. The 2nd floor (main level) boasts a comfortable living area and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. This beautiful townhome sleeps 10 guests, featuring a queen bedroom with a sleeper chair on the first floor, on the second floor is a queen guest room and the third-floor king master suite with a wet bar and a private balcony. If the kiddos want to have a campout in the living room, we have a queen air mattress and rollaway they can sleep on for the night. Take a short stroll to the gated beach access, splash around in the community pool, or chill on one of your private balconies! You’ll have everything you need and more at Beach Pointe 101.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

Beach Pointe is a lovely community of townhomes just across from gated beach access in Destin! These townhomes boast a centrally located, fenced-in community pool and sun deck. This ideal location is a short distance from several beachfront restaurants and a few miles from Destin Commons and Silver Sands! Come see why families vacation to Beach Pointe year after year!

Area Attractions:

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is just down the road as well.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Convenient and fun

We enjoyed our stay, but parking was a little bit of a nuisance because the tenants before us took home the parking passes. I’d say in the future it’d be better if the tenants had a picture of what the passes should look like, but each time that I called property management they were helpful and kind so it really wasn’t bad. We would stay here again for sure! Also, it would be nice if the beach access or the house had an outdoor shower or water hose to hose the sand and chairs down but again, not the end of world and not enough to deter us from staying again.

Best Location!!

Wow!! We loved everything about this place. Gorgeous view of the gulf and within steps to the beach. Customer service was on point, received a call and text midway thru the vacation to check in to be sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is gorgeous with beautiful homes/rentals all around. I can’t say enough good words about this place. We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful place to stay with beach views and easy access to the beach right across the street. Wish there was a door for the top floor loft master bedroom space though. Easy drive to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Otherwise, everything was nice and clean, and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Wonderful space directly across from the beach with a great view from the second and 3rd floors! Lots of stairs. Third floor is master suite loft space and does not have a bedroom door. So be mindful for the second floor common area with kitchen and living room. Everything was clean, very warm living space, and inviting. We had everything we needed for the stay! They were very responsive when we had an issue with the WiFi password. Resolved quickly. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The home is beautiful and well appointed on every level, with everything we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The 2nd and 3rd floor balconies provided unimpeded views of the ocean. The beach is a short walk across the street and had the best sand and clearest emerald waters we have experienced other than in certain Caribbean islands. Great restaurants were within walking distance or a short drive away. We would definitely like to stay here again the next time we visit Destin.

Overall very pleased with the stay. Response time was very quick and had no delays. Room was being cleaned as we were scheduled for check in and had to wait still. (I didn’t mind waiting it have a clean home). Had a few concerns that was missed during clean up that could’ve been alarming to many. The private section of beach was not really marked anywhere to find. If so I will admit I must not have seen it. At the end of the day it’s Destin, I had little intentions of staying in the rooms long and would absolutely plan another stay here. Having three flights of stairs made it difficult for my parents 50/60 years old, however the ground floor had a room and bathroom of its own to accommodate. Do I recommend? YES. Will I stay here again? YES. Do I wish it was slightly less money per night? YES.

Great view of the beach from the top floor balcony, as well as from the main patio balcony off the living area. Walking distance to Kenny D’s and Captain Dave’s. We felt right at home and had plenty of room for the family. The neighbors next door live there permanently and are gracious and kind people. Loved our stay.
