The Starfish is a cozy yet well-appointed condo located just 175 yards from Seagrove Beach in Beachside Villas at Seagrove Beach! Enjoy the updates throughout the condo, including furnishings, decor and paint. This ground level unit makes your beach vacation super easy with no steps to navigate, a quiet paved road to walk to the beach, and a beach boardwalk over the dunes! With a King bed in the master and two twin over twin bunkbeds in the guest room, this condo comfortably sleeps 6. Each bedroom also has a private attached bathroom. The living area is open to the kitchen with a large sectional sofa and flatscreen TV for when it's time to relax. The full kitchen offers seating for 3 at the bar and a café table for 2. Just off the living room is your private patio for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The community pool and tennis courts are next door. Many fabulous area restaurants are nearby, such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, The Perfect Pig Gourmet Market, and Old Florida Fish House. Find your perfect beach vacation at Beachside Villas.
Beach Access Loocations:
One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes.
There is a beach trolley that runs from Spring Break to Sept 15th, every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that offers beach chair service.
AREA ATTRACTIONS: 
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Beachside Villas at Seagrove Beach
My adult daughters and I stayed here for a girls week and truly enjoyed our experience. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great, only a couple minutes walk to the beach. The only thing that we had difficulty with was the Wi-Fi. It was very spotty coverage and the TV’s would drop signal constantly. Really though, it was a small issue for us since we preferred to play the games provided when we were in the rooms. Overall, great location!- Posted: 4/8/2023

Great value and space for small family. There is a free beach shuttle that runs 9-5 and will take you down to less restricted beach. This is a good option with kids because there is a shallow lake that stops 20 yards from the ocean and is a great play area.- Posted: 5/10/2022

Terrific location

Great 3 Weeks
Beach was great. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Rented bikes and was able to bike to everything (shopping, restaurants, ice cream). Nice to have the pools close. Office manager went out of her way to track down an amazon package. A plus plus!!!- Posted: 3/30/2021

Cool location at Seagrove beach
The condo association was well-situated. The condo was a short walk to the beach, which was amazing with its sugar-like white sand and the views. The sea was good to swim in, even in late November (o.k, it is a matter of tolerance I assume. The water temperature was about 74 F) The condo was very well equipped with the amenities of a regular home. The appliances were clean, modern and worked fine. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were a bit on the older side, but they worked fine. We liked the nice fluffy white towels. Some suggestions: perhaps a better starter soap and shampoo type. Overall, a great stay. The stay was wonderful. It is just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Then a nice dip in the pool after the day at the beach is a perfect thing.
Shops and restaurants are close by. The place was perfect for a couple with a couple kids to have a great beach vacation.

We had the best time staying here! Location location location and don’t let first floor bother you! It was awesome being on ground level when we made numerous trips to and from the beach for things! The best and very reasonable bike rental right up the street!... you can bike anywhere and have your toes in the sand in less than a 2 min walk!! We would for sure stay here again! The only thing was that we immediately had to stock up on paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. because we only received one of each but it wasn’t a huge deal! ?- Posted: 6/16/2020

Place was clean. Great location. Had trouble trying to get in touch via phone # I was given via email, but the property manager responded right away when I sent a message via email. The new refrigerator that was put in right before our arrival had a screw loose on the handle. The property manager was quick to come and fix it when I asked. The beach is a short distance away and the tennis court and the pool is right next door. Appreciate the extra set of towels in the bathrooms and clean kitchen towels.- Posted: 3/20/2020

The room was exactly as advertised. It was clean and located only a short easy walk from the beach. The surrounding area provides great dining and shopping options. There's a wonderful coffee/donut shop only a half mile away that we enjoyed every morning! It was exactly what we needed and I'd love to do it all again! Oh, and the beach was very clean and the water was incredibly clear! It's such a great little spot to vacation! I'm ready to go back!!- Posted: 3/15/2020
