Welcome to Beachwood Villas 11B-Sandy Toes Bungalow. This three-bedroom 2 two-bathroom condo can sleep up to eight happy gulf goers since it has two king bedrooms and a fun 2 twin over twin bunk beds for the kids in the guest bedroom. The balcony is accessible from both the open living area and the Master Bedroom Suite. Here you will enjoy lovely palm-side views of this private tropical setting and one of the shimmering swimming pools. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a full-course dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. For your convivence, we have a washer and dryer in the condo. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

**Construction on the beach access is occurring and will be completed by April 30, 2025. During this time, the One Seagrove beach access will be closed, including over Spring Break. For your convenience, the nearest public beach accesses are Bramble Grove, 1 mile west, and Eastern Lake, 1 mile east.**

Beachwood Villas is a tropically landscaped, low-rise complex on Hwy 30A in Seagrove Beach. Complex amenities include 2 Pools (one seasonally heated), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, kids play area, and multiple grilling and picnic spots! Also, many local area eateries such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, and Dough Sea Dough Donuts are nearby- not to mention, Seaside is a short 1.5-mile drive or bike ride away!

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. It's incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis - you'll find it all right here. 

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis - you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
