Beachwood Villas is a tropically landscaped, low-rise complex on Hwy 30A in Seagrove Beach. Enjoy fabulous amenities and beach access just across the street. Complex amenities include: 2 Pools (one seasonally heated), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, kids play area, and multiple grilling and picnic spots! Also, many local area eateries such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, and Dough Sea Dough Donuts are nearby- not to mention, Seaside is a short 1.5 miles drive or bike ride away!

There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Adorable Condo SUPER Close to Beach!
I loved my stay at this condo! It is the perfect size for a family of four. My kids loved the bunk beds and the pools. I loved the decor and the proximity to the public beach. My only suggestion would be to give any fabric furniture (Couch, cushions) and area rugs a deep clean. Everything is cream and neutral colors which looks beautiful but is slightly terrifying when you have little ones. There were definite dirt spots but the unit itself was immaculate. Checking in and communication with the property management company was super convenient- I had no issues and would highly recomment!- Posted: 5/30/2024

It was very clean. We had everything we needed. Close to the beach. You do have to criss the road though. The pictures are misleading It seems like the steps down to the beach are on the property but they are actually across the street. But it isn’t far Would definitely stay again !- Posted: 5/16/2024

This was the sweetest condo for our family! The location is simply amazing and a great value! We absolutely loved our stay. The beach is literally across the street. Quick walk to resturants (Angelina's is a gem!) coffee, ice cream, donuts etc! Super quick 15 min walk to Seaside too! Real Joy was great! Jessica was flexible with our check in and the place was described as noted. We felt at home and the location was great.
