This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom custom home combines with convenience, featuring hardwood floors throughout, designer bathrooms, and a chef's kitchen complete with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a wine cooler. You will love the beautifully decorated living area, with 2 couches to enjoy watching TV on the large flat screen. The first floor has a master king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and the second floor has an additional master bedroom with a full bed and ensuite bathroom, bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunkbeds, and one more guest bedroom with a full bed, comfortably sleeping 8 guests! Your group will enjoy the added bonus features, including 4 complimentary bikes, a screened-in back porch with an outdoor gas grill, an outdoor shower, and storage for all your beach items, which you will appreciate as you are within walking distance to the beach access! Cottages at Eastern Lake is a private, sought after community, conveniently located on the south side of Scenic 30A in Seagrove Beach. The homes in Cottages at Eastern Lake are reminiscent of the Florida cottage style, full of coastal detail and charm. There is parking for 2 vehicles only. The small, quiet community offers such amenities as an elegant pool lined with palm trees, brick paver streets, and public park access to Eastern Lake just across the street, where one can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding. Cottages at Eastern Lake is within 5 minutes of Seaside, and only 10 minutes from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This well-appointed community is also within walking distance to the beach and fabulous shopping on 30A. Many fantastic restaurants are nearby including Café Thirty-A, Chiringo, and Grayton Seafood.

The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. The home is lovely, spacious and well appointed. We had 11 people in the home during our stay and were all comfortable and never ran out of hot water for showers. It is an easy 10 minute+/- walk to the beach with some shopping and eating options within a walkable distance. The pool is large and well suited for families and young children. It is quiet and peaceful. The bicycles and beach chairs included is a nice touch. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.- Posted: 4/5/2024

Beautiful place, and had everything we needed. Appreciated how clean and well cared for the home was. The price was exceptional for being spring break. the location was great and easily accessible to the beach (0.5 miles), the pool and bikeable to small shops. the company was courteous and easy to work with and helped out with parking a third car. the house was always slightly sandy and a better vacuum or broom would have helped. we enjoyed our time.- Posted: 7/1/2023

Family getaway
House was as described and well stocked with kitchen essentials. The screened in porch was a great spot to play cards or just watch the rain. Excellent Vacation Home!
Excellent place to stay and a very convenient location. The house is exactly as the pictures depict. Everything is clean, neat and decorated well. There were six of us and we all had plenty of room. Wi-fi worked well, kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and beds are comfortable. The screened in back porch is a great place for breakfast. It's a short walk or bike ride to the beach that's about a half a mile away. I would make a trip in the mini van to drop off our stuff at the beach and then we would bike back and forth the rest of the day. We left a 10x10 beach awning which came in very handy. The four bikes are great and came in very handy riding around the area. The neighborhood is beautiful and well maintained. The pool is a short walk or bike ride and is awesome as well. The only item we feel that could be improved upon is if the outdoor shower had an enclosure. RealJoy is a pleasure to do business with and were great in answering a few questions I had before our trip. Overall a great vacation and would stay here again!- Posted: 6/16/2021
