The place had an amazing view of the beach, the place was very clean and neat. Pools were clean. We enjoyed our time here!

Our condo was nicely decorated and spacious and very clean. Absolutely loved the location being right next to Pier Park. The food across the street at tower 3 (Emerald Hub) was the best food we had in PCB even beating out all the expensive restaurants we ate at. Incredible views. We saw so much sea life from our balcony. We saw sharks, sea turtles, rays, and a manatee! My only complaints would be that there wasn’t a ramp down to the beach and it was hard carrying our wagon up and down the stairs to the beach each day. Also I feel like the chair vendor setting up 4 rows deep of chairs everyday was overkill when only about a 3rd of those were actually occupied at any given time. Oh and even though this wasn’t in our tower our family stayed in tower 2 and was stuck on a broken elevator for nearly an hour.

It was clean and the host was amazing. Very accomedating! It was close to Pier Park. We could walk to many places.

A perfect beach stay! The condo was amazing! It was extremely clean- no sand on the flooring as well as clean bedding, bathrooms, extra blankets, appliances, dishes, and furniture. The cleanliness, bright sunlight, and light colors of the condo helped my family of four feel right at home. The furniture and decor was up to date and adorable! Each bedroom had a comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, soft sheets, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows available in the closets. The view from the master was spectacular! The master closet and bathroom were spacious. The living room provided comfortfor family games and movies. The kitchen had all of the necessities plus more. The closet in the laundry room- full of goodies! A cooler with wheels, sand toys, beach chairs- in addition to the blue rental beach chairs and umbrella provided! The only thing to improve-communication about where to find luggage carts upon arrival, the provided kitchen towel and washcloth were neatly folder but dirty.

The condo was exactly at described and we enjoyed it very much. We have stayed at a Calypso condo before but it this one. Very few minor quirks with condo that did not affect our stay. Would consider renting again.

The view of the ocean was beautiful from our bedroom ? The balcony furniture was little dirty and the balcony could use a little pressure washing, other then that I loved everything else. I will book with Real Joy again. C.Crisp

Beautiful condo with many amenities, kids loved the pool and the adults loved the tiki bar & the included beach service (chairs) … we took full advantage of the option to upgrade! Prime location! Short walk to the pier, Pier Park & frequented the cafe/store across the street.

Condo was clean. Kitchen fully stocked. The AC worked wonderfully. Beds were super comfortable! Couches were comfortable. More than enough towels for 7 of us. Had an issue with the internet - storm knocked it out - but the owners were quick to respond and stayed on top of it until it was fixed. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was amazing with all the comforts of home. The view and pool was fantastic. Security and other guest were so friendly and nice. It was right in the middle of anything you want to do. If we’d booked to stay longer!

This unit was very clean and well furnished. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a rental property. My only complaint was that the sheets were frustrating because they wouldn’t quite fit the deep pockets of the bed so they popped off all night. There was a super easy check in and out process and the pools were nice (although definitely not heated to 84). Wonderful location right by pier park. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was so clean and cozy. It was stocked with everything you might need. Well, except salt and pepper. Lol The beds were also very comfortable. The view from the balcony was fabulous. The lounge and chairs out there made it so enjoyable. We spent a lot of time out there! You are within half a mile from Pier Park. The location couldn’t be any better! We would definitely stay there again
