I've been going to PCB for over 20 years and this was one of the cleanest, nicest condos I've stayed in! They focus on those little things: portable fans, extra laundry baskets, beach chairs, they even have some pack and plays in there. This condo was spacious and the 3 recliners were definitely needed for us older folks, lol. They even took the time to have the towels & rags folded into cute designs. My only suggestion would be to add one more kitchen rag and hand towel to the inventory because it's just nice to have a spare. We're definitely interested in booking this condo again.

Real Joy has phenomenal communication and made our vacation to this flawlessly maintained condo a breeze!! From the reservation to the check-out we were impressed (again). The condo is gorgeous, immaculately clean, well decorated, and is stocked with everything you can imagine, including a gourmet kitchen. This was our 2nd stay here and we will certainly be back. Thank you for a stress free, relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this condo and Real Joy to anyone looking to visit PCB.

My Husband and I came to stay for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! Condo, hallways, elevators, and parking garage were extremely clean, management company /owners were extremely responsive, and property staff were very kind. I would recommend this property for any couple trying to get always or any family coming for a fun filled week!

The room we stayed in was beautiful! However, throughout the week, different elevators weren't functioning which caused us to wait sometimes up to 15 minutes for an elevator that wasn't completely packed full.

We had a great week for our daughters spring break. We loved this condo! It was very nice, clean, and spacious. So many things to do within walking distance of our condo. There were several restaurants and stores within walking distance. The view from our room was beautiful! We were on the 6th floor which was perfect. We would love to come back again and stay here.

We enjoyed a fantastic long weekend at this exceptionally clean, spacious unit for our son’s Senior trip. The views are amazing! And so close to everything to walk to. We left our doors open at night to the roaring waves. From shopping in Destin, beach time, to dinner at the Pier Park-we kept busy. Evenings were relaxing; no street noise for us (during spring break). The resort is very clean and well maintained. The only confusing part was not knowing to park on the 3rd level/garage (parking across the street) to use the skywalk, then how to find?the right elevators to our floor? Took us a bit to figure out. Now we know and will certainly reserve this unit again.

Very nice place, I sometimes have trouble sleeping in a bed so it was great there were recliners but the beds were comfortable too The view was fantastic and we were within walking distance to the pier and pier park. It was very cold this time of year (November) but if you are from up north it will probably feel great LOL. We are from Alabama so the 40’s & 50’s were cold to me. But overall we loved it. We also went deep sea fishing on the Treasure Island boat thru Jubilee (got to give a shout out to them) great trip also and not bad price either. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was extremely clean. It is on the 6th floor, so the view was perfect, and we didn't have to be on an elevator for very long. The master bathroom is huge. The only suggestion I would give future guests is to bring umbrellas since most places are in walking distance. It rained most days we were there and we never thought to get umbrellas.

We had the best time! The property was lovely and very clean. There were more amenities than mentioned on the website and having laundry facilities in the actual condo was so nice. Didn't have to bring back anything dirty. Definitely want to come back!!

A very nice condo to stay in; It’s directly on the Beach. My friend and I arrived by having great expectations within the Condo but first thing we noticed was one of the patio doors did not lock. We called on the door but we ended up putting a heavy chair up against the door for safety reasons. Later on that night, one of the tub/shower had a big leak that ran onto the floor. It was reported, too, but overall it’s a great place to stay in. Very convenient to Pier Park, restaurants, the Pier, and other activities.

Condo was a large, two bedroom, perfect for a family of 4. Only 3 floors up from the sky walk to the parking lot so, only really used the elevators to go to the pool or beach, but still high enough to have a beautiful view of the ocean and hear the crashing waves.

This was our second time staying in this condo for Spring Break. Love the convenient location and is clean!! One hiccup was we had paid for an early check in and had to call to get our code 15 mins after our scheduled check in time. Also, had to make a few calls to get our parking passes taken care of. Even with those 2 issues, Real Joy was very helpful and nice!

Beautiful and spacious property. The beds were very comfortable. Great views of the beach and close to Pier Park. The kitchen had everything we needed including a Keurig and a larger coffee maker. Laundry baskets in both bedrooms and the laundry room was a plus.

The property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We would request this unit again. Our only problem was the parking pass required to purchase from Calypso Towers. We had to pay for two passes ($20.00 each) and never were able to use 2nd pass. We constantly had to call Security and get assistance either getting in or out of parking deck.

The condo was great! Just as pictured. The only complaint was the parking. The electronic/scan system would not let us in or out of the parking deck several different times. The security guard would have to come and let us out. This was for everyone, not just us. Hopefully Calypso will get this corrected quickly. Otherwise, highly recommend this location.
