Was a Beautiful view. Perfect location. Didnt realize the condo chairs on the beach were not included. Haha got kicked out of one. Chairs in the closet ended up being a blessing!The condo could use some work (the flooring, walls). And the floors turned your feet black in 20 min. But the price was right so that can be overlooked. Parking was a pain/ paid the $60 and the barcode didnt work after the first hour. Couldnt get out of parking garage. Had to buy a 2nd pass, not happy about that. I Would book again to be honest . I enjoyed the stay!

First time using this listing company as well as the first time staying at Calypso Resort. Highly recommend using RealJoy Vacations. Mentioned the reason for the last minute getaway which was my Wife’s birthday in our initial email. They had a small cake with a card in the room, awesome.customer service!! We enjoyed the resort and location. The room had minor wear and tear but that is understandable coming off the busy summer months. Still give it a 5 star review. Will be using RealJoy again in the future.

This was the best experience to have it being my first time staying in a condo! Especially on the beach! I would say my only hiccup was the parking. The agency did not send the link for me to register and pay for parking and I had to call them upon my arrival. Outside of that, the unit was clean, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the beach. I definitely will return!

This is such a great location. It’s within walking distance of Pier Park and right on the beach. The property is exactly as listed, and it’s decorated so cute down to the tiniest detail. We stayed the second week of August so elevators were not a problem at all. The pools are great as well as the Tiki bar. Will definitely stay with them again!

This place was the whole package deal! Right on the beach, next to restaurants, shops, and stores. The condo was fully equipped with everything that we needed all week. Big enough for all 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 teenagers.

This is the perfect location! It’s within walking distance from the pier and pier park. The pool was nice. It was a bit of a walk going from the parking area to our room but not that big of a deal considering everything else.

Condo was super clean and comfy! For once the pictures were not deceiving! Perfect location close to pier park! Just a heads up you can’t use the pool in tower 3, they’ll kick you out rudely but that’s a minor detail, pools at tower 1 and 2 are perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at the Calypso. The location was great and across the street from Pier Park. The condo was in good condition, just recommend bringing your own blender. Also, they need another set of elevators for the busy summer season. At the peak times throughout the day, you might be waiting for 10 minutes or longer for an elevator. We ended up taking the stairs down from the 8th floor a couple of times.

This was a great location for our trip. Walking distance to Pier Park. Although it was quite foggy, viewing of the festivities and fireworks would have been great if it were clear. Ease of beach access. Great setup for check in/ check out via online. Definitely a return rental for us.

This is such a perfect condo in a great location. Right on the beach and just a short walk to Pier Park. This condo is even better than the pictures - huge considering it's only 1 bedroom and it was very clean. I've stayed in a lot of beach condos and this was without a doubt the easiest check-in process I've ever had. I can't recommend this place enough and I will definitely plan to stay here again.

We were on the 8th floor. It was off season so the use of elevators was only a mild problem at checkin and checkout times. You have to pay a separate fee for a parking pass and scan it to get in and out of garage but there was no issue with parking. The view was perfect. The condo is spacious, fits four comfortably. Cute decor, nice furnishings. We cooked all meals - all appliances work fine. Plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware. Could use an upgrade on pots, pans. Two bathrooms definitely a plus. Beds slept fine, not terrible. Didn’t have to interact with much staff so not able to comment there. Overall was perfect for our needs. Literally almost across the street from pier park which is great for teenagers. Would definitely stay in this condo again

Condo is very nice and pictures are perfect when you view this condo online. Walking distance to Pier Park and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Will stay here again in the future. Condo has plenty of linens and kitchen utensils for you. This was a girls trip with only 2 of us, but this Condo would easily sleep 4 adults and two children or teens.
