Everything was great no issues at all! Only complaint is the Calypso resort making you scan in and scan out every time you go through the parking garage. And my pass expired before my trip was over so we couldn’t leave or enter without assistance. Not a RealJoy problem just a resort issue

Super pretty condo in a wonderful location . Easy to walk to Pier Park and even though it’s across the street from the beach, you can still see the beach from the balcony. It was super clean as well. Getting from parking to the room is a little complicated and you need to make sure you print your parking pass (minor inconvenience since most people don’t have printers now). Would definitely stay again.

This stay far surpassed our expectations!! The moment we walked in it felt welcoming and relaxing- exactly what we were looking for. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed. The pool in our building (tower 3) was perfect. The walk to Tower 1 that led to the beach was very easy and quick. The beach was stunning… the rental of the chairs was well worth it. If there was anything that needed attention, we would say…. Maybe in the unit have access to a few additional things….. like a cooler to take to the pool and beach, some games and cards for families on days or nights you are staying in . This was the perfect spot for a getaway.. and I know that it will also be perfect as a solo trip, romantic getaway or a family affair. The next visit here will be happening sooner than later.

The second floor is good, you can quickly go inside to take something and return to the pool, we are resting for the second time at this resort, before that we were on the 23rd floor, there are such recommendations, you need more garbage bags, toilet paper and detergent, salt and pepper, update the coffee maker it was broken, the knives to update, the frying pan is already very tired) shampoo can be more, hang a dispenser for shampoos, gels and conditioner in the shower and it will be fine, coffee and sugar will also be nice to make customers happy, for the money we pay)

You should have gotten an email prior to your stay letting you know that we provide starters of kitchen and bathroom essentials so you should plan to bring these items from home or purchase them once you get here. We had a great time at this resort. The condo had plenty of room and the kids loved the pool. The bedding wasn't the best but it was fine for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and had anything you could need. Overall we would stay here again as the location and amenities are hard to beat!

All of the instructions were clear and concise. Once we arrived we went straight to our condo with no problem. upon entering we found an extremely clean room with all of the amenities and resources needed for our stay. the view from the balcony was great. the balcony is suspended directly over the pool and there is also a gulf view as well. The condo is also a 5 minute walk to Pier Park. We will definitely stay here again.

The unit is clean and well stocked and the location could not be better. Literally walking distance to everything that Pier Park has to offer. If having a beverage near the pool is your thing, this is a really great setup.

Calypso 111 - Beautiful, bright spacious unit with huge balcony over the pool with beach view and surrounded by many activities including endless shopping and food experiences, beach, the best pool in the area and friendly people from all over. All amenities are provided including hair dryer and lots of kitchen supplies. The beach across the road is really easy to access as traffic is used to stopping to wave guests across or there is an elevator ride to the crossover if you prefer that route. We were sad to leave after our week. Loved every minute.

The room is exactly as described, in a perfect location as you are literally 3 mins from either the beach or pier park. Parking on level 3 is preffered as you can walk across to the hotel and then take the elevator. The Cafe and tikibar were an awesome addition to have. The pool opens at 10am and closes at 10pm

Clean, updated condo. Short walk to the beach. The condo is right above the pool and is pretty well insulated from pool noise. However, you can still hear the loud music/exhaust from cars and bikes. I suggest if you use the parking garage to park on level 3 as that is where the bridge to the condos are. The condo has no convenient stair locations so it was a bit annoying going up/down to level 3 in the parking garage and then up/down to your condo floor. @$250/night I would utilize this property again. Anything above that I would pass.

The bomb.com! Great pool view & balcony space. This condo is everything the pictures showed & more. 3 mins walk to beach. Not too far from Walmart. Very quiet at night. Again it was off season from spring breakers. My fiancé & kids loved it. He told them it was our beach house haha! 10/10 !

Beautiful unit and building, fairly new and in great shape. The pool and bar were beautiful and a great place to hang when the kids needed a break from the sand. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach is right across the street and there is a convenient walkway that goes over the busy street to get there. Our only real complaint was how strict the security guards were, we appreciated that they kept a close eye on things but it was a bit over the top at times. But we would definitely come back! Just as a heads up, it is right on the Main Street and very close to pier park, so lots of traffic and people, cars honking/blaring music. We loved the location but it may not be best if you are looking for peace and quiet. Thank you for a great vacation home away from home!!
