Calypso 3-2307 is a brand new TOP FLOOR 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in Panama City Beach within the newly constructed Calypso Tower III. You will love the open floor plan, boasting all-new appliances and furniture throughout. Enjoy incredible beach views from your private top-floor balcony. The chef in your group will love the updated kitchen featuring granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. There is also a washer/dryer for additional convenience. This condo comfortably sleeps 10 with a King master bedroom (ensuite bath), a King guest room, a bunk room with a Twin over Full bunkbed, and 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. Enjoy spectacular views from your private balcony or rent one of the poolside cabanas; whatever you decide to do, you will have an unforgettable vacation at Calypso 3-2307.

Calypso Resort and Tower III is a fantastic destination for your trip to the beach! Built in 2020, this new complex is in pristine condition with amenities you have to see to believe! The spacious fitness room has treadmills, ellipticals, a stationary bike, weights, and much more! Enjoy a quick workout with fabulous views of the huge outdoor swimming pool. The massive, luxurious outdoor swimming pool is truly a gem! Splash in the zero-entry pool, relax in the hot tub, or lay out on the comfortable loungers that surround the pool. This complex has a unique feature for its guests to rent poolside cabanas! Feeling hungry after all the fun you're having? Emerald Hub, a quaint café located inside Tower 3, is the perfect stop for coffee, lattes, ice cream, parfaits, fruit cups, smoothies, drinks, donuts, and Boar's Head sandwiches! Emerald Hub is open 7 am-8 pm! Guests of Tower III can use the beach access for Calypso Towers I and II. Calypso Resort and Tower III is the destination spot you will want to visit again! It's located on the west end of the beach, adjacent to the Panama City Beach fishing pier and the new Pier Park shopping center! Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot!

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee. Daily fishing licenses can also be purchased. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails, and other varieties. Rod rentals, bait, and tackle are available on site.

Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot! Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities, including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, a dog play area, and a Festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic-size pool and a Kids Splash Pool.

Close to pier park We had several family members staying. I did not know towers 1 and 2 could not use Tower 3 pool . So we had family in from Texas that the kids could not hang out together the lady on Tuesday at the desk said “So “ when asked what can we do. We had no clue and I have stayed in the calypso tower 1 several times and have never had any complaints with staff. Mikel on night shift was amazing ! He answered all questions and was very hospitable.

An awesome stay.. Amazing resort. Brand NEW building tastefully designed. Very spacious top 23rd floor unit with a large balcony facing spectacular view of the ocean, pier & the city (perfect for breathtaking sunsets). Very professional & accommodating staff. Great location with onside cafe with super nice baristas. Highly recommend & will be happy to come back.

Very nice condo with amazing views. Spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the amenities at Calypso Tower 3 were great. There was a weird smell occasionally when we would come in from being gone from the condo. The oven didn’t seem to get hot enough on the stove and the keurig had to be cleaned before use. Overall this was a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time here. Make sure to bring paper towels, toilet paper and a few basic cleaning supplies if you want to keep the areas clean during your stay as this is not provided.

Excellent family vacation area

We loved staying on the top floor. The condo is pretty new and plenty large and comfortable. We appreciated the decor, games and cleanliness. Of course the location is the best feature. Expert tips: Bring your own beach towels. Reserve the beach chairs. They set them up for you daily. Try runaway island restaurant. Ask to sit with a view of the beach. Try the 3d virtual reality ride at Dave and busters. Buy the tickets at the front desk (different purchase than game tokens) Print your parking pass out before you get here. Park on the 3rd floor if you can. Because you have to go to the 3rd floor of the parking deck anyways to use the sky bridge to get to the buildings. There are 3 buildings. Make sure you go the the right building.

I like the location, close to pier park, so within walking distance to get food! also the pool and bar was nice to have and the hot tub! the view was great too! probably the distance to get to Hammerhead Fred’s.

Girls Weekend

We really enjoyed the property. It was nice having a door code instead of key cards for everyone to keep up with. Lots of activities close by, pool, beach, shopping, restaurants so no need to drive.

Farmhouse Chic on the Beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Calypso tower 3! The condo was very spacious and had beautiful views of the ocean with easy access to the beach. A huge balcony overlooking the most awesome pool ever! Everyone was very nice.
