Calypso 3-406 - "Paradise by the Pier" is an enchanting 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located in Panama City Beach within the newly constructed Calypso Tower III. You will love the open floor plan and have a fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast bar and dining area. Enjoy relaxing in front of the TV in the living room or any of the bedrooms after a long day at the beach. There is also a washer/dryer for additional convenience. This condo comfortably sleeps 10 with a King master bedroom (ensuite bath), a King guest room, a bunk room with a Full over Full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy spectacular views from your private balcony or rent one of the poolside cabanas to further enhance your stay and let Calypso 3-406 - "Paradise by the Pier" show you how blissful it can be!

Calypso Resort and Tower III is a fantastic destination for your trip to the beach! Built in 2020, this new complex is in pristine condition with amenities you have to see to believe! The spacious fitness room has treadmills, ellipticals, a stationary bike, weights, and much more! Enjoy a quick workout with fabulous views of the huge outdoor swimming pool. The massive, luxurious outdoor swimming pool is truly a gem! Splash in the zero-entry pool, relax in the hot tub, or lay out on the comfortable loungers that surround the pool. This complex has a unique feature for its guests to rent poolside cabanas! Feeling hungry after all the fun you're having? Emerald Hub, a quaint café located inside Tower 3, is the perfect stop for coffee, lattes, ice cream, parfaits, fruit cups, smoothies, drinks, donuts, and Boar's Head sandwiches! Emerald Hub is open 7 am-8 pm! Guests of Tower III can use the beach access for Calypso Towers I and II. Calypso Resort and Tower III is the destination spot you will want to visit again! It's located on the west end of the beach, adjacent to the Panama City Beach fishing pier and the new Pier Park shopping center! Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot!

With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee. Daily fishing licenses can also be purchased. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtail, and other varieties. Rod rentals, bait, and tackle are available on site.

Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot! Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities, including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, a dog play area, and a Festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic-size pool and a Kids Splash Pool.

The condo is gorgeous and everything we wanted. Pier park is within walking distance with lots of great shops. The beaches are beautiful, we even visited shell island! The emerald hub has really good food and very conveniently delivered to your condo. We will definitely be back!!!!

Beautiful condo with so much to do for families in the surrounding area. We loved the pool area with easy access to a cafe right downstairs! Walking distance to Pier Park and several delicious restaurants. Our view from the balcony was stunning and got the most out of our stay here! Would highly recommend ?

Loved the condo!

This condo was very nice and well cleaned. The location was excellent, the pool was amazing, the fitness center was the best I’ve seen at similar locations, and we enjoyed getting fresh donuts downstairs a couple times during our visit. We had four adults and three children, and the condo had plenty of room for us all. Easy walk to Pier Park. Easy access to the beach. The only improvements we would suggest are some more/larger pots and pans and a couple more dish towels and dish cloths. We made meals several nights for the week we were there, and more options in the kitchen would have made that simpler. We would most definitely rent this condo again!

Absolutely beautiful property and just a walk across the sky bridge to get to the private pier! Had a couple hiccups with the resident portal, but the couple issues we had accessing the parking passes were resolved in minutes before we even made it to the parking garage and room. Communication was fast and effective, they even checked in with us each day just to make sure we were enjoyingour stay. Amazing experience and the price was unbeatable, especially during Thunder Beach!

Gorgeous Condo | Perfect Location

The ocean view was perfect. We loved the easiness of check in and parking, the condo was immaculate and had all the accommodations we desired. I would book this room in a heartbeat again. Staff was friendly and having access to the assortment of meals downstairs was perfect when wanting to stay in or ordering food to eat at the pool. So many good things I could say about this condo and Calypso III.
