Welcome to Calypso 3-504 in Panama City Beach! If you're looking for a beach condo in the heart of everything with gorgeous views of the beach and secure parking, this stunning condo is waiting for you! Look no further than this 1 bedroom/2 bath condo that sleeps 4, located in Calypso Tower III. This condominium complex in which this condo is located is brand new and boasts unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. What’s more, you are just a short walk to Pier Park with its dozens of amazing restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

*Calypso now requires a $60 registration fee per vehicle for parking (limit of 2). You will receive instructions on purchasing the parking passes online via email. If your reservation is at the last minute, you may experience some issues getting into the garage unless you call us to make sure your vehicle gets registered.*

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us if you are interested, and we will assist you further!

Enjoy the use of the beautiful, private (to our building) zero entry pool (which is heated in the winter). Don’t miss out on the tiki bar that serves your favorite drinks, as well as a cafe that has delicious donuts, coffee, lunch items (fresh made pizza and sandwiches), and ice cream. The cafe is conveniently located next to a fully equipped fitness center with brand new equipment and plenty of TVs.

Want to hit the beach? It is just a short walk away. Use the third floor walkover and stroll to the beach. Chairs are available for rental in case you don’t bring your own.

Want to unwind and decompress? Enjoy the hot tub, the gas fire pit, or the cabanas.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee. Daily fishing licenses can also be purchased. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails, and other varieties. Rod rentals, bait, and tackle are available on site.

Calypso also sits directly across the street from Aaron Bessant Park, Panama City Beach's premier festival spot! Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, a dog play area, and a festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic-size pool and a Kids Splash Pool.

We booked last minute and didn’t receive the parking email so we had to call customer service and they got it fixed right then. Very nice on the phone. Also the pool was not filled in February and I thought it would be since it was advertised as a heated pool, but they appeared to be doing maintenance. Could have been a one-time closing. Everything else was perfect!

other than alot of silverware not being clean, and some linens and blankets that smelled very bad.. I had to wash some things.. I really did like the listing tho. I would come back and not discourage anyone from Calypso. It is a great place, great location, nice huge pool with bar and entertainment and quality place!

The place was absolutely amazing! You have an amazing view from the beach, the strip and eateries. The pictures definitely don’t do justice at all. The hostesses communicate about everything and it provided a sense of peace. You have a full kitchen equipped with everything you need during your stay. The large balcony, the recliner chair and fire pit are bonuses! Will be booking again.

Calypso Resort is super nice with wonderful amenities.

It was great....real good amenities...very clean.... Check in was difficult because the property management RealJoy Vacations did not have a parking pass for us; so it caused a hardship checking in.

Best stay ever! We will be back.

Very clean. Very nice. Fully furnished with the best. Great view of the ocean even though it’s across the street. Beautifully decorated. Great view of the swimming pool that is gorgeous at night and plenty big!!!! Didn’t come with any toilet paper or paper towels.
