This condo was very convenient for us from the walk to the beach, local restaurants, and shopping malls. Our kids had a lot of fun and that’s what we wanted. There were a few beach toys provided, however, we went and purchased more. We did leave those behind for the next guest to enjoy ?. The place was very quiet as well considering you have people staying all around and above you. Made for a peaceful nights rest.

Amazing! So clean and close to every thing. Starter kit such as shampoo soap laundry soap, dishes even a blow dryer. Overall it was an amazing trip. We left behind some beach chairs because we couldn’t fly back with them. I’m sure someone will get some use out of them.

Great little one-bedroom condo in a very walkable location, right across the street from the beach. Next door is Camille’s Cafe, which is great for going to grab a morning coffee, a drink, or some quick food. Also a pool across the street that guests have access to.
The host contacted us right away after booking to set us up on their rsvp portal. On our checkin date, all of the entry passcodes were added to the portal, and gaining entry was a breeze.
We had to go to the store to get detergent for the washer/dryer, filters for the coffee pot, extra garbage bags, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The rsvp portal mentions that you will likely need to go get extra supplies if you’re going to have an extended stay. We used what we needed and left the rest for the next guests (along with the beach supplies we purchased) since we couldn’t take them with us.
Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great here. Location is just down the road from alot of shopping and activities plus right across from beach access and a nice restaurant on the corner. Destin Harbor was only a few minutes away by car too. The condo is very nice, the only thing I thought it needed was an update to the tub/shower, it is a little dated. If you want someplace nice stay at an affordable price, this is it. Definitely will look at first when I book next trip to Destin.

The property was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is excellent, a few steps away from a beautiful beach! The property management company was very communicative and easy to work with. Can't wait to go back!

The condo is in the perfect location, a 2 minute walk to the beach at most. Destin Commons is about a 2 minute drive too! We requested a comforter for one of the bunk beds and had it delivered within 30 minutes. We had no complaints with our stay and hope to be back soon!

Great little condo very close to my conference at the Henderson resort. No ice maker, but found ice trays. A/C worked great and I kept the ceiling fans going. Water pressure is good in the shower, and it got hot quickly. My only request would be to have a k-cup coffee maker in addition to the regular drip maker.

Great location: close to the beach, from family perspective - close to Walmart and Target, different local attractions and cafes. Comfortable stay. Specifically my kids liked bunk bed. Condo had all necessary equipment in the kitchen. All facilities were in a good shape. A bit of extra stuff for beach was also appreciated. Two parking places - a bit of competition for shadow ones :). I think I have less comfort with managing company. Too many poking messages in some pushing form contradicting with each other. Examples: after booking you are getting message from internal system that there is no credit card on file and in 24 hours you should provide it - but credit card tied via Booking.com and I was able to see their check. Then another message that you should pay in 3 days the whole sum but by Booking.com you have 30 days that made me contact with support. Finally at checkout you are getting a number of reminders ( btw you already have one on fridge) with contradicting instructions, I guess it was typo, but still, “set conditioner at 78”, “set conditioner at 74” etc. So this is a bit of hassle that can’t spoil the cool place atmosphere.

Condo is as advertised. Check-in was simple. RealJoy communicated regularly. The property is located just across the street from the beach with partial views. There are two public beach access points within a couple hundred yards. Condo is clean and well supplied. Couch showed some wear and tear, but we really didn't use it, so not a big deal. The bed was comfortable. I would have liked to have a stand for my suitcase and a light by the bed. We made due by using a kitchen stool and one of the living room lamps. The key for the back door was a really nice addition so we didn't have to go to the front door every time we went outside. The seating on the patio is comfortable. Overall, no real complaints. I would rent this condo again.

The Caribbean Dunes complex is a perfect spot for a beach vacation. So convenient to stores and restaurants plus the beach is just across the street. I would highly recommend this condo for families or just a couples getaway.

The photos and map do not do this property justice - it is SO CLOSE to the beach!! On the way (about a 1-block walk), is an adorable cafe and restaurant, Camille's. So, there was little reason for us to venture too far, which gave us extra time at the beach. The house was appointed with everything we needed. We even enjoyed the games that the owners have in the cabinet. The place was super-clean and exactly as described in the listing. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is planning a trip to the beach!!

Great stay and location! Had an amazing time at the beach as well. I definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting the area. They have everything you need. I didn’t want to leave. It was a quick walk to the beach. Will look for this location next time I am out here on vacation.

Clean and beautiful!! Soo close to the beach you can just walk barefoot! You can actually see the ocean from the back patio. Also right next to one of the best restaurants in town, Camille’s!! We ate there twice it was so good!
Some things that WERE available that we didn’t expect: extra beds! There was a sofa bed (not comfortable but OK for kids) and extra mattress under the bunk beds and the couch is full size also (in the pic it looks like a love seat). Also soap, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer available. There were lots of BEACH TOYS and boogie boards so no need to bring those!
Things NOT available: no condiments, spices, sugar for coffee, coffee (we don’t drink it but there isn’t any), no salt and pepper etc. No laundry detergent (we bought some and left it there). NO beach or pool towels so you may want those. Also bring lots of sun screen!
Bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable but fine for a few nights.
Beautiful location, nicely decorated, clean, well kept, tv and books available, washer and dryer were a life saver! This place was great I would recommend!
