All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of watersports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping, one glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, sun-bleached beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.
Here you will find wind surfing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf shores. Nearby attractions include a fascinating aquarium, Naval history museums, a fishing museum, and a zoo featuring Colossus the giant gorilla and rare white Bengal tigers. Of course, you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's more then 100 eateries! Restaurants here range from casual oyster bars to elegant bistros serving culinary delights guaranteed to please your palate.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Perfect and Cozy

Location couldn’t have been better. Central to everything. Condo was surprisingly large. My only only small criticism was the king bed was very firm. I know a lot of people prefer a firm bed but I have a bad back so for me it wasn’t ideal. But overall the condo was great, clean, the pool was heated which was an added plus since we came in March during a cold front! Public beach entrances are only a block away east or west so very walkable. Would definitely stay again.- Posted: 3/21/2024

Excellent weekend stay
Great location and exceptional condo. The whole neighborhood is clean and well kept. Easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Great experience . I will be coming back! I would have liked a smoking area where I could enjoy a cigar in the evening. The Roku TV was useless. Would have liked to at least see the local stations.- Posted: 8/14/2023

This place is lovely ! Perfect for a small family or a couple of friends. Great location to the beach! The beautiful beautiful beach of Destin ??. Camille’s is a must ! Great lunch , music and drinks. Dinner favorites are Back Porch and Boshamps for the freshest grouper ever and both on the water ! Rent your beach chairs and umbrella from La Dolce Vita! Dante will take care of you !! Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in dining area and directions for TV would be helpful . We had an incredible relaxing time ! Overall very nice condo located in one of our favorite neighborhoods. Easy check in/out. The place has everything you need. It even has two rocking chairs on the porch/balcony which is great for drinking coffee in the mornings :) Walking distance to the beach. You can also walk to Camille’s restaurant which is a must if you are staying here.

We needed a place to stay that was close to a House our son and wife had booked for a group of friends and them, celebrating their wedding from last year. It was perfect - they were in the next street over. We weren't in our place too much but it was a great place to sleep for us. It was quiet, safe and just what we needed. Very clean, nice area that was quiet. Close to shops and restaurants. Had a problem with the smoke detector and they sent maintenance right away and followed up the next day. Only minor thing was finding the building because the address was for the house across the street from the condo so has to call to clarify. Super clean. Close proximity beaches and restaurants. Loved this neighborhood and being steps from beach and scenic 98. Camille’s is right next door. The Henderson for spa and dinner. Steps from the beach. Hands down will be back again and it will be this year.- Posted: 2/26/2022

Charming condo, across from beach
The condo was very clean and the wood flooring gave it a warm feel while still maintaining the beach vibe. Loved the decor. It's a great layout and everyone can have their space. We loved walking across the street to the beach and the neighborhood coffee shop is so charming and is right around the corner.- Posted: 1/4/2022

Thank you so much for lettingus stay. The place was clean, updated, kitchen was well supplied. The location ofthe property was perfect. You can walk to the beach access. To alvins, camellias, and several other place. I would definitely recommend and absolutely will book in the future again.
