Cassine Gardens 272- Captain's Cove

Lovely townhome with bike rental included, tucked away from a lot of people and noise. Nature trail, pool, tennis courts, basketball hoop right on the property. The unit is nicely decorated in a beach theme. Includes great parking steps away from the front door. In walking distance to beach access, a good pizza place and donut shop! Considering what others are charging for a rental in this area, this townhouse is affordable and an exceptional value for the price.

We loved our stay here! The quiet park trails and beautiful cypress wetlands were just steps away if we wanted some time in nature. The condo was quiet, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen had just about everything we needed! Having 3 bikes and plenty of beach supplies and toys available to us was a great asset. The dryer didn't work and Real Joy wasn't able to get a tech out before we left, but they offered to pick up and dry our laundry during the stay. There were very responsive any time I contacted them.
We stayed with our 14 and 11-year-olds and biked everywhere! They had a lot of fun biking to Seaside, to the many public beach locations, and to restaurants. I was worried about not being able to access beaches easily, but we didn't have any trouble at all for our stay in October. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again! It was a good value!

Great place to stay when visiting Santa Rosa Beach! It is located in a very quiet and peaceful private community. The shared community pool is basically in your backyard. It also comes with lots of beach gear, such as chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys, which we really appreciated. It is also perfectly located between all the nearby towns, such as Seaside, Alys and Rosemary. Definitely recommend!

I think the price was very reasonable. My family and I had a great time staying here. Parking can be tricky near Seaside. So, I was able to drop off my family at the Seaside hub, park back at the AirBnB, and meet up with them after riding one of the bikes from the AirBnB. Also, check out Rosemary Beach. The shops are amazing. Each beach/location has it's own appeal. Destin isn't too far either.

We had a wonderful stay and plan to return. Easy walk/bike to the beautiful beach. Bikes were a great touch, beds were comfortable, stocked kitchen, cute beach decor. Was perfect for our family of 6. The only issue was bad wifi as it was slow and often went out.

A great place to stay! The condo was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. They have a beach closet with toys and chairs. Communication was great. The walk to the beach seemed more like 10 minutes than 5, but we chose to drive less than a mile to the public access point as there was a ramp down to the beach to make rolling the wagon easier than using the stairs at the closer access. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Plenty of dishes and glasses in the kitchen. Good A/C. Lots of good restaurants nearby. I would stay here again.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay for the first time ever in Seagrove. We loved the layout and spaciousness of the well-appointed townhohome. The bedding was comfortable and clean and the master bed and full-size bed were comfy, though the bunk beds were quite bouncy so our kids preferred sharing the full in their bedroom. We didn't use the sofa bed so I can't speak to that, though the living room furniture was comfy but in need of a deep clean.
The complex was quite empty and quiet as our stay was the week before Labor Day and the beach was the least crowded panhandle beach we've ever experienced! That being said, the walk to the beach is a bit longer than described in listing due to the location of townhome in condo. Since I'm pregnant, my husband would take the girls and I to the drop-off beach point across the street, then park the truck in an empty spot close to complex entrance (there were several empty condos during our stay so this wouldn't work if condos were occupied.) This worked for us getting our gear to beach more easily.

Unit 272 is a great location! A quick bike ride to the beach and the neighborhood is in close proximity to restaurants and stores. The unit was clean and spacious. The owners communicated well and the check in process was easy! This unit is super close to the tennis courts and a really nice pool!

Absolutely loved this rental. Very clean and well kept, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the pull out couch wasn’t bad either!
The full size washer/dryer came in handy and our kids loved the bikes, basketballs and tennis rackets! At night you could hear the ocean waves from the parking lot of the rental, so nice!!!
Easy walk or bike ride to beach access and shopping/restaurants.
Great place and would absolutely stay there again! Thank you for a great family vacation!

Loved our place! It was very clean and the bed in master was so comfortable!!! Our only complaint was the pool closed at dusk and sometimes was locked even before that, it should have stayed open til at least 9:00 pm

Was a great property. Very clean and two great upper balconies to relax on. Right next to tennis courts and close by the swimming pool. Hiking trails in the woods almost right out the front door. Just a wonderful place to stay and just a short walk to the white sand beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was pleasantly decorated and made us feel at home within a beautifully staged area.
We were close to the beach and seaside which made It easy to get around.
I also had quick responses with any questions or concerns. Communcations was excellent. We all slept so well in the very comfy beds!

The place was better than expected. Came with basically everything you could possibly need for indoor and outdoor use. Had tons of stuff for the beach that you can use and the bikes were awesome. The neighborhood location was also really nice with a lot of amenities and really quaint. It is close to restaurants and to the beach. Had a wonderful stay with the family.
