The master bedroom is highlighted by a king bed and an en-suite bathroom boasting a soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and double vanities. There are two guest bedrooms; one with a full bed and the other with 2 twin-over-twin bunks, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing this home to comfortably accommodate 10 guests. There's plenty of room for your group to relax in the backyard around the firepit or hang out in the garage for a friendly game of cornhole or darts. Walk to the pool, just steps from your front door, or take the new 6-seater Low Speed Vehicle to the beach!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Fantastic stay!
We had a great stay during our travels for the holidays. The house had plenty of space for our family of six. Very close to the beach. Renting the golf cart was a bonus and made it even easier to get to the beach and explore the surrounding area. One of the things that stood out the most was working with Real Joy. Property management companies tend to get a bad reputation but Real Joy was incredible. They were very proactive, pleasant, and helpful in all of their communication. They really shined when members of my family became sick the night before we were supposed to leave. They quickly and easily helped me extend our stay so that we could have a bit more time. We’ve already booked our next stay at a Real Joy property. We would definitely choose this house again.- Posted: 12/31/2024

This house was perfect for our family of 4! Very clean, great layout and location! We loved the option to pay extra for the golf cart, it was great to take to the beach and some of our favorite restaurants close by! We loved the high ceilings and large master bedroom! Miramar
3- bedroom house is beautiful. My wife and I stayed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom, my mother stayed in the guest bedroom, and three kids stayed in kids room(has two bunkbeds). Large living room/kitchen/dining area, open floor plan, just lovely. There is a back patio, great for unwinding in the evening. There is a community pool across the street, which the kids loved, it has restrooms which requires a key. The beach is a short walk away and there is a Pompano Joe’s as you enter the beach, they have some good lemonade and drinks. Quiet neighborhood, although we arrived on Sunday and left before the weekend, I would imagine it gets lively during the weekend. Nice community, went on several morning and evening walks, everyone is so nice Loved it.- Posted: 7/31/2024

Clean, spacious, close to the beach and shops. The kids loved the pool across the street. The kitchen is great for cooking up meals for the family and plenty of seating. Loved the beds we fell asleep right away and had a good nights sleep after fun in the sun.- Posted: 7/31/2024

Port of Call Stay
The house was very clean and presented accurately. Great location. The management company should consider who the client is and where they are coming from. There should be some staples included with the home. I suggest providing at very least salt and pepper, extra toilet paper and paper towels. This is really for people that fly in from out of state understanding that we would gladly pay more for some extra conveniences. There was 1 role of paper towel and 1 roll of 1 ply toilet paper in each bathroom. For such a nice home, I would expect a little more.- Posted: 5/5/2024

We enjoyed our stay. It’s very close to the beach. It’s about a 5 minute walk so that was convenient and there also the golf cart option which is safe as well and convenient for lugging all the necessary beach gear. It’s close to a lot of shops and restaurants. They also have quite a bit of stuff in the garage to use for the beach as well and that was very nice to have.
